Service: The service was excellent; all the staff were very kind and gentle. Any requests we had were quickly met. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out. The breakfast selection was also very rich. Cleanliness: The room was clean. I had requested a non-smoking room beforehand, and there was indeed no smoke smell. Environment: As soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted with a pleasant scent, and the overall style is very comfortable. The only minor issue was that the mini-fridge in the room barely cooled. I put two bread rolls and some bayberries in it overnight, and they were spoiled by the next morning. The fridge actually felt warmer than the room itself.

This is my first time leaving a negative hotel review, but the hygiene here is truly concerning. As soon as I entered, I noticed the sofa was very dirty with many stains, and the curtains had stains too. There was also visible dust on the hallway tables. It was pouring rain, so I didn't switch hotels. After contacting the staff, they upgraded me to a tatami room for one night free of charge, which was okay. The hotel clearly invested in its decor, but the management and cleanliness details really need to catch up! Good looks aren't enough; hygiene should be a hotel's top priority. Other hotels usually call to confirm before check-in and follow up afterward to see if guests were satisfied, but this hotel doesn't offer such services. Perhaps they just have an abundance of customers. 😓

Facilities: There's a laundry room and a gym with basic equipment. Cleanliness: Very clean, including the bathtub, but they forgot to put a floor towel in the room. Ambiance: I really liked the hotel's design and style; it's quite nice. Service: There was basically no service. When checking in, there was no staff to guide me, so I couldn't find my room initially. The breakfast was bad, not tasty, and all show no substance. The hotel parking is insufficient, sharing a lot with the adjacent restaurant, and there's no staff managing it. Finally, a male manager from guest services had a great attitude and offered a sincere solution. They also gave a souvenir upon checkout.

The room was very comfortable, and the butler service was attentive and thoughtful. The hotel itself is quite impressive, and overall I was very satisfied. The scenery is beautiful, and breakfast was very rich and varied! I highly recommend it to everyone!

The rooms were great, exceeding our expectations. Since we booked two rooms and wanted them connected, the front desk even upgraded our room type. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. My child accidentally broke a glass lid, and the cleaning staff meticulously helped us clean it up. We received complimentary fruit upon check-in, and the disposable toiletries were of good quality. The hotel's breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Taizhou.

The hotel's location is great. We drove and there's free underground parking. It was a short taxi ride to Xinrongji restaurant in the evening, and convenient to refuel on our way to the museum the next day. Check-in was smooth. I requested non-smoking rooms, adjoining rooms, and a high floor when I booked, and all requests were met. The view from the room window was very elegant. The hotel breakfast had a good selection, and we even received a souvenir gift at check-out. The staff were very friendly. It was raining when we checked out, and I needed a paper bag for an umbrella. I happened to run into a cleaning staff member and she very kindly provided one. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Taizhou.

This is a high-end hotel with a style I absolutely love – quiet and elegant. The transportation is very convenient; it's about a 10-minute drive from Taizhou Station, and taxis are readily available. The service is very thorough; the drinks in the minibar are complimentary, and if you need more, you can contact the front desk to have them delivered. The room is spacious, with a tatami design and full smart features. The price is also very reasonable. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the chance to visit Taizhou in the future.

Booked on Trip.com, the Cloudland Hotel in Jiaojiang boasts a strong sense of design, smart facilities, and a comfortable, clean environment. The staff are attentive and the hotel is conveniently located a short drive from Beihai Old Street and Jiazhi Old Street. I particularly loved the elegant setting next to their breakfast restaurant; the breakfast spread was rich and unique, with the freshly made sushi being especially delicious. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
