The room was spacious, and the bedding was soft and clean, ensuring a very restful sleep in a quiet neighborhood. The bathroom was large with a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water came on quickly. There was even a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service with fixed schedules; you just need to book in advance. I took the shuttle from the hotel to Taizhou West Station, and the driver was punctual, knew the route well, and drove smoothly. The vehicle was clean and odor-free, saving me both hassle and money. Also, Zhou at the front desk provided excellent service and promptly mailed back an item I left behind. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Taizhou.

As someone who rarely leaves reviews, I feel compelled to give this a great one. Everything was excellent: the breakfast was plentiful, the service was top-notch, and the facilities were great. The fact that they didn't raise prices during a concert event really speaks volumes!

The room was great, and Xiao Ming at the front desk was professional and efficient. Overall, it was a good experience. However, when I went for breakfast around 9 AM, many items were already gone. I wanted to try the eight-treasure rice pudding, but they had run out of rice.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was enthusiastic. The breakfast was average. The electric kettle in the room was too old and should be replaced, as it wouldn't cost much. The afternoon tea included in the package was very ordinary, similar to the complimentary tea at a typical hotel front desk, not like the afternoon tea sets offered in other hotels. It would have been better if it wasn't included at all; it definitely detracts from the experience.

Very Nice hôtel with super friendly staff and reasonable English speaking skills. Equipments are of good quality and all is there to make a comfortable stay in a hotel of this class at this price.

This is a relatively well-known five-star hotel in Taizhou. The lobby is spacious, but the rooms are on the smaller side. It's been renovated, so it doesn't feel old, and the facilities are decent, nothing extraordinary. However, the front desk service was terrible – arguably the worst I've encountered in years. We had two rooms booked with an elderly person and a baby, and we specifically requested them to be on the same floor. Despite the hotel not being very busy (it was after the Chinese New Year period), they insisted on putting us on two different floors. Any normal hotel would at least offer a complimentary upgrade for one of the rooms (to a similar-looking room, not necessarily a much better one), but the front desk staff seemed extremely reluctant. After much back and forth, we finally got into our rooms, only to find one had a faucet that leaked like a waterfall when turned on. How can such a significant facility bug go unmaintained and unrecorded by the hotel? Did they want to put us through all this trouble? And then they claimed there were no other rooms available and were unwilling to upgrade us… After over an hour of this ordeal, we were starving. The check-out experience was even more bizarre. We were all packed and ready to check out when we discovered our baby had pooped and needed a diaper change and a wash. Since the baby wasn't cooperating, we called guest services in advance to explain the situation and apologize for a potential 10-minute delay. The staff member said they would relay the message to the front desk and call us back. A few minutes later, guest services called back, saying the front desk insisted that even a one-minute late check-out would incur a charge… I was shocked. We travel frequently and have never encountered such a situation at any other hotel. I expressed my dissatisfaction over the phone. But the baby needed to be cleaned, so if they were going to charge, there was nothing we could do. Then, with just one or two minutes left until 2 PM, we received another call from the front desk urging us to check out… We frantically finished cleaning up, left the room a few minutes after 2 PM, and arrived at the front desk to check out at 2:10 PM. Although the front desk staff was busy with other things and didn't really pay attention, they ultimately didn't charge us. However, the entire experience was terrible. They were so unsympathetic. It wasn't a huge delay, just a few minutes, and we even called ahead, especially considering the special circumstances with a baby… Also, the hotel collected a 1000 RMB deposit from me, promising to refund it within half an hour of check-out. Yet, several hours after leaving the hotel, I still hadn't received the refund. I had to contact Trip.com customer service to get the deposit back. The front desk service, let alone being incomparable to a typical star-rated hotel, was far worse than even hotels like Huazhu Hotels Group's Mercure, Orange Hotel, or Crystal Orange. On the other hand, the housekeeping aunties and their supervisor were very good – extremely polite and understanding. If it weren't for them, my rating would have been even lower.

Hello nice hotel with 4 start serive and nice room outmatic toilet and nice breakfast

The hotel is grand and beautiful; you feel comfortable as soon as you step in. All the staff are very dedicated, warm, and polite, demonstrating high professional standards. The room amenities are excellent, and as for the details, the water pressure is strong, and hot water comes out quickly. One minor flaw: the labels on the shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap bottles are too small and hard to read. The room lighting design is very good. Regarding dining, the breakfast selection is rich, and the evening paid buffet offers a wide variety of dishes with great value for money. It's highly recommended.

Stayed here for the Wakin Chau concert in Taizhou, and it was fantastic! They offer a free shuttle bus to the stadium. Breakfast was delicious too. The environment is nice and very clean! Service was also excellent!

On a whim, my friend and I decided to head to Taizhou for seafood after failing to get train tickets from Shaoxing to Shanghai. We chose to stay at this hotel, which is an older five-star property. From the room's decor and facilities, it's clear they put a lot of thought into the details back then, with many standardized and pre-fabricated elements, which is quite impressive. The breakfast was also excellent, offering many unique dishes freshly prepared in an open kitchen. Compared to other hotels that often serve pre-cooked items, this was particularly commendable. There were even chefs circulating, directly assisting guests and catering to their requests, which was wonderful. We also had lunch at the hotel. The head waiter was very attentive, professionally introducing the dishes to us, and the food itself was superb.

Near to train station. Small gym. Breakfast good. Try charge double and give refund later.

Facilities: It stated renovated in 2020, but the facilities didn't feel old at all. It was a very pleasant stay! Hygiene: The cleaning was also very thorough and spotless. Environment: Century Lianhua supermarket nearby made shopping very convenient, and the Public Security Bureau provided a sense of safety. Service: An auntie even brought me fruit in the evening. I also received a coffee voucher for a Starbucks coffee!

The facilities are good, and the bed is quite comfortable. The large lawn at the kids' play area is perfect for children to enjoy~

This is a pretty good hotel, considered one of the older, more established ones in Taizhou. I felt very confident booking my clients here, and their feedback has been positive. It's clean and hygienic, and the room service is excellent. I'll definitely keep choosing this hotel.
