Very very clean looks like new staff is amazing so helpful I ask for how to use washing machine receptionist wash my clothes and brought hangers and hang it in my room I am very much happier to be going in Japan and finding this hotel .

Great location if you need to leave early or arrive late from, Kansai international airport. The rooms are very functional, good size and super clean.Quiet even though close to the airport. Front desk staff are very polite and knowledgeable , would recommend without hesitation.

Pros: Clean and spacious room. Large wireless electric pot. Microwave on the first floor. Maxvalue supermarket right in front, open 24 hours (discount on lunch boxes and other instant foods during dinner time). Walk straight along the street next to the supermarket and you will reach the beach in 10 minutes. Walk along the beach road to Linkou Premium Outlet and you can enter the building of Seaside Dining restaurant (about 15-20 minutes on foot). There is a scale on the first floor of the hotel, so you can weigh your luggage. Large parking lot. Cons: Train right behind (trains don't run often, so it's not noisy)

The hotel is easy to find but the location is a bit remote. Check-in was not clear where to go and what the process was. We found a phone and was able to get in touch with someone (there was a snow storm going on at the same time too so it was not ideal to go around the whole property looking for the check-in counter).
