Atic Guesthouse

The interior design was absolutely beautiful. However, you do have to climb four flights of stairs, which can be challenging if you have a large suitcase.

The owner was kind and the accommodation itself was very clean! 👍 I'll definitely visit again next time I travel.

The exterior looked a bit old and worn, but the interior was very clean. The kitchen even had vermicelli soup and noodles that would be perfect for a late-night snack – excellent service! The staff were also polite and kind.

Friendly staff, really clean, free snacks and drinks available, quiet and cozy, good location (station, shopping, etc.), best value for money **Friendly staff, really clean, free snacks and drinks, quiet and cozy, good location (station, shopping, etc.), best value for money**

If I come back to Takamatsu, I will definitely stay at Arctic Guesthouse again. It has the best accessibility to Kawaramachi, and unlike a typical guesthouse, there is absolutely no noise. The bed condition was very good, and It is a very clean place. Aside from the downsides of no elevator and having to walk 20 minutes to the passenger terminal and train station, everything was great.

I really liked it because the location was good and it was clean. I made good use of the free umbrella rental service. The simple snacks and shared kitchen were also very convenient!

Although there was a slight drawback in terms of soundproofing and the need to use the stairs to the fourth floor due to the lack of an elevator, I was quite satisfied considering this is a guesthouse rather than a hotel. The shower facilities and kitchen were excellent, the room was clean, and I really liked that the rooms were separated despite it being a guesthouse. I would be willing to stay here again.
