The hotel is located on top of the hill . The room is big and clean . The view from the onsen is magnificent. The staff is nice . The shuttle service is needed to book 1 day in advance.

The hotel is very beautiful, expect some bugs in summer and the toilet is a little bit old, other than that, it is the perfect hotel to enjoy.

CON: It is a hotel to stay at if you have transport. Pro: 1)Love the onsen, at the foof top with a vew 2) Service is good throughout my whole stay, from front desk to restaurant 3) Room with a View!!

This hotel is nestled in the mountains, with two access roads, east and west. The staff are polite and attentive, proactively assisting with luggage from the parking lot. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The guest rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and dry. The hotel offers a half-board package (one night, two meals), and the dinner menu is extensive. The restaurant staff are very meticulous, providing detailed explanations of each dish, and the overall service quality is excellent. The in-house hot spring experience is fantastic; the bathing area offers expansive views, is not crowded, and is kept impeccably clean.

Breakfast and dinner were outstanding, featuring delicious dishes that showcased local flavors. To top it off, they surprised us by preparing a famous local cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which was a delightful and thoughtful touch.
