Business Hotel East Park Ritsurin

I booked this hotel by mistake, confusing it with another. It's got a昭和 (Showa-era) vibe, definitely old and a bit worn. It's probably best for peak season when everything else is booked, as the prices don't seem to fluctuate much. On the plus side, the airport shuttle bus stop is conveniently located nearby.

When I'm on a quick trip to spend some time alone, there's no place as safe as a business hotel... This place seems a bit old, but the owner is friendly, and the laundry facilities are conveniently located inside. The rooms are relatively spacious for a Japanese room (even for a single room!). It's also close to Lintse Lin Park and a 7-Eleven, and the view, while village-view, is quite romantic. I had a great time!

Hotel check-in is until midnight. There is also a parking lot nearby, and I was able to park for 500 yen.

The room is a bit cramped, with complete facilities, a bit old, average sound insulation, and comfortable bedding. Cleaned daily, attentive service. It's a 5-minute walk to Sulin Park and an 8-minute walk to Kotoden Sulin Park Station. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby.
