It was a terrible experience staying at this hotel in Takamatsu Kagawa. I booked a room at this hotel on Trip.com, paid for the stay, Trip.com sent me a voucher to check in at the hotel. Upon arrival in Takamatsu city and arrival at the hotel, it turned out that there was no staff at this hotel and check-in was only possible through a terminal check-in, but for this you need a QR code, which was not provided to me. All attempts to check in were unsuccessful, and it was impossible to get through to the hotline. I had to look for another hotel in the city late at night, it was very expensive, and it was terrible! I hope that the hotel and Trip.com will refund my money.

The location is convenient. Take the airport bus to Hyogocho Station, cross the street to the opposite side of the road to check in at RIHGA Hotel Zest Takamatsu. Exit through the back door of Zest; it's a one-minute walk to the accommodation. The main entrance to the accommodation building is unlocked. Before pressing the elevator button, remember to use your key to press the security system next to the elevator button. The accommodation is generally clean and spacious (accommodating 3 people). The bathroom and toilet are separate. The open kitchen has a microwave, electric stove, kettle, and basic cookware, pots, and cleaning supplies for simple cooking. However, the soundproofing is poor; it can be a bit noisy at night.

I stayed on the 10th floor for 3 days and 2 nights. It was generally very clean and comfortable. There was a washing machine and a bathroom dryer, which was great for consecutive stays. The kitchen was also equipped with a microwave, dishes, knives, all-purpose scissors, etc., which was very convenient. I'd definitely like to come again♪

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk from Takamatsu JR Station. Near the hotel is Takamatsu's lively pedestrian street. There are many famous local delicacies on the street, and the location is very good. Although the hotel is an apartment hotel, check-in is at the front desk of the RIHGA HOTEL next door. You can search it directly on Google map. After completing the check-in, the front desk clerk will provide the route map and keys to the hotel. When entering the hotel and taking the elevator, Remember to use the electronic disc on the key to activate it, otherwise the elevator will not come down. The hotel's internal facilities are all available, and its area is larger than hotels in the same price range. It is an apartment-style hotel with very good value for money.

Check in and out at the Riga Hotel right in front. You can leave your luggage. The airport bus stop is very close. It is spacious and convenient. Requests for convenience must be made by phone to Alphabed, not Riga Hotel. The bed sheets are crisp and clean.

Except for the thin windows and slightly poor sound insulation, everything else is OK. Fortunately, the whole city is quite quiet.

地點優越，附近有便利店、商店街、食店。Checkin在對面酒店前台辦理。往機場方向巴士站就在check in酒店門外。步行至片原町電車站約5至7分鐘。

다음에 또 같은 곳 간다면 재방문할 의사가 있습니다. 위치도 좋고 숙소도 좋았어요.

到達公寓樓下才知道是在對面酒店check-in, 而確認email沒有註明打電話是留言, 迷茫時Trip在線服務員幫忙聯絡. 公寓位置方便, 設施整全, 但床舖有代改善.

房間相比酒店是挺大的，東西也很齊全，廚房，洗衣機，都挺實用。 地址也不錯，出門走幾步就是購物街，可以晚飯以後去轉轉。 唯一不好的，就是小床的床墊太硬了，就隔了一層床單，不舒服。

按照我們人數和天數進行物質配備，非常合理。

類似民宿有洗衣機冰箱廚房用品等，辦理入住的酒店是不提供服務的，需要的話要打公寓電話，其中1個小床的席夢思床舊了睡得硌人，如果對住宿要求不是很高的話，應該是性價比不錯的。

酒店內所有設備都係貼心 唯獨是搵唔到check-in嘅lobby 酒店沒有細心提示 亦沒有Email客人 客人要喺忙亂之中搵，實在令人感覺不理想。

地理位置優越 機場巴士就在附近 鄰近購物街 在旁邊的酒店checkin 不用擔心如何check in/out 空間比一般酒店大 ，有齊餐具、廚具 枕頭比較薄 幸好有cushions可以疊底
