The advantage is that it's right next to Hyogo-cho, making dining and shopping very convenient, and bottled water is provided. The downsides are quite baffling; the toilet paper is even thinner than at other hotels, the kind that makes you worried it'll tear even after folding it multiple times.

I booked another night. The price for my original room type had gone up a lot online, so I had to switch to a slightly smaller room. The room was decent, at least there was space for my luggage, and all the other facilities were the same. Actually, it would have been cheaper to book directly at the front desk.

I booked an accessible room, and it was genuinely spacious. It's really comfortable to stay in a 35 sqm room in Japan. There was a slight odor when I first entered the room, but it cleared up after I turned on the air purifier. Downside: The soundproofing isn't great. Upside: Everything else is a plus. The location is excellent. There's an airport shuttle right downstairs, which costs 1000 yen and goes directly to the airport. There are frequent services, almost hourly. Location: Whether you're going to the airport, Takamatsu Port for island hopping, or the JR station, everything is within walking distance. It's a 12-minute walk to Takamatsu Port, which was perfect for our island-hopping itinerary. Mitsukoshi department store is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, and it has an LV store with plenty of stock. There are also many choices for drugstores, restaurants, and cafes. The room was cleaned daily. One time, I forgot to hang the 'please clean' sign and thought it wouldn't be done, but when I returned to the room, it felt completely refreshed, which was a lovely surprise. I forgot to take photos of the room, so I've included a picture of the beautiful blue sea and sky instead.

The front desk service was very attentive. The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of the airport shuttle stop, and just a short walk to the shopping street.

This was probably the most expensive hotel we stayed at during this trip, but it was unavoidable since it coincided with a Japanese holiday. **Environment:** The location is excellent. You can catch the airport shuttle right outside. **Facilities:** The room was quite spacious. We had no problem at all opening up two large suitcases. I'm glad we stayed here on our last day.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the pier, great dining options, bookstores, and banks. They also offer free luggage storage, which is a huge plus. If you plan on spending most of your time traveling within the city or hopping between islands, this hotel pretty much covers all your needs.

A very old building and tired fittings, in desperate need of a revamp. However, service is immaculate. Cleanliness is adequate for such an old building.

Nice hotel ,friendly staff . But one thing , we are not suppose to wear room slippers to eat breakfast in the morning 😅. Overall was good experience though . Nice breakfast too ! Can try !

The hotel's location is super convenient; it's a 10-minute walk to the harbor and right next to the shopping street, making dining and shopping a breeze. The room was spacious too, and the breakfast tasted pretty good – I recommend the curry rice!

There is an unpleasant smell in the room all time, prob from the bathroom sewage system. Room size is acceptable. V small parking lot also.

Convenient location, with the airport bus stop right at the hotel's doorstep. It's also within a 15-minute walk to both the ferry terminal and JR station. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very clean, and the non-smoking room truly had no smoke smell. The staff are all very enthusiastic. The rooms are quite spacious for Japan. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, and breakfast was plentiful. On the first floor, the lobby offers complimentary teabags, drip coffee, and toiletries for guests to take.

The room space was quite impressive, big enough for two large suitcases, though the facilities were a bit basic. You could tell the hotel has some age to it. It's located in Hyogo-cho, about 800 meters straight ahead if you turn right out of the main entrance, or two bus stops away from Takamatsu Port. This makes it a perfectly acceptable distance for island hopping. It's also a convenient ten-minute walk. There were flocks of crows in the trees outside the entrance, making an astonishing racket in the evening – quite a sight! The surrounding area has many popular restaurants within walking distance, like Ranmaru Honetsukidori (bone-in chicken) and Don Quijote. The transportation is very convenient. I must mention the breakfast; I didn't have high expectations, but it was a pleasant surprise. I ate it for five days straight, and it was consistently plentiful and delicious.
