Overall, the hotel is clean, but the room does not have a USB charging port and aircon is centralised and cannot be adjusted from warmer to cooler. I appreciate Trip.com's good customer service because although my package included lounge access, the hotel initially said it wasn't included. Trip.com proactively reached out to apologize for the misunderstanding.

A warm place in Takamazu city, stay two days here, I feel very peaceful, it is a beautiful city, with fine Japanese garden and religion culture, also have delicious seafood and meet. Everybody shall go once to enjoy it.

I use this hotel every time I go to Takamatsu. The staff are friendly and the location is great. I love the smell of the floor! I always choose the plan that includes lounge access, and it's always fun and I'm looking forward to it. I will use this hotel again

The service was very good. The staff originally told me that the parking spaces were full and explained that we should go to another parking lot. But another staff member suddenly said that the parking spaces could be vacated and the parking spaces with ice cream cones were placed for us. The room was quite big, but unfortunately I smelled a bad smell when I entered the bathroom. It turned out to be a shower curtain. When I checked out, I reported it to the staff and only got a "Thank You". Maybe it was because the staff didn't speak English well?

The drinks and snacks at different times are very good, and the tea pickled rice is the highlight👍

The room was really small. I stayed in a deluxe king-size room and upgraded it. I couldn't walk with my suitcases spread out. The toilet in the deluxe room was even smaller than the toilet in the superior room. I found bed bugs on the carpet in the room, spiders in the toilet, and the toilet floor drain smelled. The cleaning must have been rushed. When I returned to the room, I saw the lid of the trash can on the chair, and there was no trash bag. It's really hard to review. I thought I picked a local hotel with a lounge, but I was told that I couldn't use the lounge and had to pay extra. The service staff was not very professional. They didn't ask if I felt good when I checked out. They just took the room card and that was it. In short, I don't recommend it. It's basically more than 1,200 RMB, excluding breakfast. There's really no need to stay here. Maybe there are cheaper ones that are better than them.

It was close to the shopping district, so it was good for shopping, and there are many famous restaurants nearby. Compared to other Japanese hotels, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were large and clean. The interior was also luxurious.

The hotel is in a very good location, with many shopping malls, shops and restaurants nearby. The transportation is very convenient and the hotel service is first-class! Very helpful! The breakfast has many choices and tastes good. It is worth staying again.

The location of the hotel is quite close to the shopping street and can be reached on foot. The room is comfortable and has enough space for one person to live in. There are Chinese and Western breakfast options, all of which are delicious. Salads, drinks, bread and udon noodles are freely available. Although there are not too many varieties, you can still be full and satisfied.

The room is not very big, and the bar is also small, but it has everything. There are many shops nearby, just over the pedestrian street. I didn't order breakfast, so I don't know if it is good.
