The room was clean and comfortable, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. It's quite close to the popular boneless chicken and udon noodle restaurants in Hyogomachi. The train station isn't far either. Overall, it was a great trip experience.

The location is truly excellent. It's less than a 5-minute walk from Kotoden Kataharamachi Station. The bustling downtown area is just a minute away, and the port is a little over a 10-minute walk. The facilities are a bit old; in my room, when I drained the half-bath, some water would back up from the drain. The lobby is on the second floor, and there are only stairs, but if you ask the staff, they will help you with your luggage. The price is good and the location is so great that I would consider staying here again.

The included breakfast is a plus. The breakfast mainly consists of sandwiches. The taste is average, but not bad. There are several udon restaurants nearby that I would recommend.
