Good home stay vacation for families and groups

It was very clean and there was no problem if you just wanted to sleep there. The children seemed to enjoy it in a different way than usual. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

There is plenty of space in the house, and I really appreciate the two-in-one chandelier and smart projector in the bedroom. The bathroom facilities are sufficient, and the washing machine has a clothes drying function, which is very convenient.

All I did was sleep, but the whole place felt new and clean, which was nice. The facilities were good, but it took a while to get hot water. Check-in and check-out are completed via tablet. However, the attitude of the operator I contacted beforehand was not good. It was a shame.

It was not well connected with Rakuten's system, so I was unable to complete the check-in and obtain the password. Moreover, Rakuten only had phone contact and no email method. This is very unfriendly to foreign tourists. Fortunately, our friends who were traveling with us had friends who lived in Japan and could help us call Rakuten customer service, so we were able to check into the hotel. But until I checked out, I never received the reservation number and password from Rakuten. Even when I wanted to check-out, I had to use the tablet in the room to contact customer service to obtain the reservation number before I could complete the procedure. The hotel's facilities are very good, but due to the system, it was a bad stay experience for me.

The Rakuten customer service at the hotel was very helpful and quickly helped me solve the problem. This is my second time to stay in a Lotte independent house. The service, environment and equipment have not disappointed me.

It was just like home and it was great! I would like to use it again when I go to Takasaki in the future! It's worth it!

The room was clean and well equipped. Kitchen paper, lead paper, wrap, etc. were also placed, which was very helpful. Amenities were also available, and it was good that it was close to the station!

Previously, when I stayed at rakuten stay in Kisarazu, it was very comfortable, so I stayed in Takasaki this time. Located in a quiet residential area, I was able to relax. It was a hot time, but all rooms had air conditioning, amenities and everything else, so there was nothing to worry about. I will use it again.
