Beyond being a bit of a walk from the bus station, everything else was excellent! It's clean and tidy, and the hot springs are wonderfully relaxing. The triple room is perfect for families with kids! Highly recommended.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. They offered complimentary drinks upon arrival in the afternoon, including free beer! After a relaxing hot spring bath, there were free cold drinks available. The room was clean, and everything felt so miniature and cute. The price was decent for a single room. I went to the open-air private bath, which was very relaxing~ They even had ice cream! The staff were very friendly. I added breakfast for an extra 1000 yen, and it was pretty standard.

The quality of the hotel is very high. It's conveniently located near the train station and a 15 minute walk to the old town. The spa is really nice, clean, and spacious. The family spa is a nice touch. Rooms are very large, comfortable beds, with a tub. The only drawback is breakfast. The restaurant is too small to accommodate guests. It's odd that it's common in Japan to have large hotels, with many guests, include breakfast, and then build a tiny restaurant. Makes no sense. Options are limited and food is the same every day. I wouldn't recommend it, but there's so few options nearby or in the town in general, that you basically have to eat there. Just go before 8 AM. Otherwise, the hotel is really nice.

The hotel is organised and clean. The rest of the hotel guests are polite and nice, we (family with three kids) went into the family private onsen room immediately as others let us use the room first. Free popsicles available. Walkable to the morning markets.
