Hotel was nice, clean, new and beautiful Staff are great, breakfast buffet was funtastic. We had a great stay.

Location near to bus terminal, bright space. Didn’t try the onsen hence cannot comment. Tried to charge onsen tax for 2 pax even though I’m 1 person, but decided to refund me in the end, site need to allow booking for solo travellers. Also do note that there is separate additional onsen tax to be paid on spot in addition to tourism ta

The room was great, my only complaint is that the toilet is in the room itself. Make sure to check that when you book!

This room offers stunning mountain and snowy views, with two outdoor and two indoor private hot springs. It was incredibly relaxing to soak in the onsen while it was snowing. The location is excellent, right opposite Hirayu-kan and just a three-minute walk from the Hirayu Onsen bus stop. It comes with a private bathroom, and for what you get, the value for money is outstanding, even without breakfast and dinner. One of the staff members, a Japanese gentleman (who seemed to be the owner), spoke a little Chinese, and another gentleman was from China. Both were very welcoming and even gave us discount coupons for the ski resort gondola.

Easy and short walk to the bus terminal to kamikochi. The outdoor Private onsen is really nice. Some facilities you can notice are old, hope they can upgrade those for a more pleasant feel. But didnt bother me much because what i had and would use in my room is in good condition and new too. Overall a very comfortable stay.

We arrived before 15.00 the check-in time hence there really was nobody at front desk until it's 15.00. Did some walking and dragging luggage (approx. 5-10 min) from bus terminal to/from hotel (luckily, my luggage's wheel survive the road). The hotel's onsen are free to use as long as it's vacant and really private for us only (because you can locked the door). Our room on 3rd floor was Japanese style with tatami, futon, short-legged table, teapot for green tea. The room's window has great view to mountains and cool, clean air.

Visited on a snowy day, the atmosphere was absolutely amazing!

The private onsen was pretty nice

Hotel located near Hirayu onsen bus stop, ver convenient. Our room was a bit dusty. Private outdoor onsen was good. Tanami mats quite thin to sleep on.

There are 4 private hot springs, 2 indoor and 2 outdoor. Very private and relax.
