Very nice onsen & hotel room with beautiful view of the mountains. Love it & highly recommended!

A lovely hotel with good onsen and great food. It was very relaxing and a real treat to be pampered with soaking in the onsen and the beautifully prepared meals. I didn't get to use the outdoor onsens because the weather was still too cold for me so I stayed in the indoor onsen. Also, the lighting in the outdoor onsen was too dark for me so I was scared of falling. It would be better to use the outdoor onsens during daytime. I hope to return some time soon.

Very nice hotel with hot spring Staffs are super friendly. Dinner and breakfast are very nice.

It was a pleasant stay at Miyama. It is a very good getaway from the bustling city and has good amenities. It is also near Kamikochi which is a very beautiful place to trek as well!

We are so happy we found Miramar Ouan. Comfortable rooms, amazing natural hot spring baths (private and public), and very friendly service. We will definitely return.

Good Service Good onsen

This Hotel are very gorgeous. Since you can check in the hotel, you can relax, charging energy at this hotel. There are many complementary; drinking alcohol and non alcohol,ice cream and milk. You should try keisiki this hotel. Of course, they have free Ramen at night for you as well.🍜😊(*^^*)

Sake free flow is excellent, breakfast and dinner are delicious. The private onsen inside our room is really good. One down point is the room light is not strong enough.

Good location-if you want to visit Kamikochi. The hotel is just about about 500 meters away from Hirayu bus station. The bus ride (from Hirayu to Kamikochi is about 20 minutes. Hotel staffs are professional, are good in problem solving and friendly. After a walk at Kamikochi, you can relaxed with onsen. The breakfast and dinner are Japanese food (set menu) with good quality and yummy. The hotel also provides lots of freebies e.g. refreshment, noodles at 10.00 pm.

Service is good, facilities a bit running down, ventilation in the restaurant is bad especially serving bbq dishes
