Yukimurasaki

Takayama|1.4km from shinhotakaonsen
I have been thinking if I should write this review but I decided to do so in order to warn others of the experience we had received during our 2 nights stay. This was a very unpleasant experience. We travel very frequently and stayed in many hotels/accommodations around the world including Japan several times in our lives. We know what is basic customer service and we are not the demanding kind of guests. This place is very unlike the typical Japanese hospitality and culture. To be fair, the lady who checked us in on the first day was quite polite, but we felt somewhat strange when the lady who showed us our room spoke to us in a rather unfriendly way. I understand that English may not be their first language but when she was introducing us to the features of the room, she was expressionless and spoke like a unwilling robot. Next was the horror that made us very uncomfortable during our 2 nights stay. The room was very dirty and filthy! There were many spider webs in the corners of the room, windows glass and doors were dusty, had many stain/ and water marks, there was also used tissue in the toilet bowl and even the closet that stored our mattress and pillows had dust and debris. Though our room came with 2 onsens, they were filled with a lot of mold and other ‘stuff’ floating in them. The pillows was also very hard. There the bathroom floors and walls were more mold. Sorry we did not take much photos of what was mentioned as we felt disgusted enough. We did not mention this to the staff as we felt that they did not even have the decency to check on the basics before we checked in. The occupancy was only around 30%. The only saving grace of this place was the food. It was very well prepared and presented. The next day, we requested to have breakfast at 0730 but decided to go down earlier at 0720 as we woke up early and was feeling hungry. When we got to the first floor, I was the first to smile and said Good Morning to the guy grilling fish near the reception. Not a word of pleasantries and started shouting to us, ‘Breakfast not ready, go go go!!’ and gestured to chase us away from the area. We were so shocked and wondered what we have done. Never have we asked or requested for anything or said anything till this far since the first day of check in. Same for the other staff, we did not feel welcomed and was not treated with basic customer service. The only person who was friendly and had some basic manners and courtesy was the more matured lady who served us during breakfast. She was well mannered, polite anx friendly. This place felt a little creepy also. We will definitely not return and will not recommend this place at all to anyone. Definitely not worth the money and experience. Do not be fooled by their photos and website.

Nakao Kogen Hotel Kazaguruma

Nakao Kogen Hotel windmill is a new Hotaka Onsen hot spring in OKU HIDA Onsen go Nakao, Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture It is a hotel in the hotel. It is also close to the Shin Hotaka ropeway. This time, I will stay here for seven consecutive nights. This day visited Mizuna Jinja shrine in ichinomiya, HIDA Province on October 13, 2020. I drove from there and came to Nakao Kogen Hotel windmill. Be careful because the entrance is less 々 hard to understand. There is a large parking lot in front of the building. The entrance is like a rock wall and is cool. Perhaps it is imitating Nishi Hotaka Dake. The lobby is unexpectedly tatami mats. Take off your shoes at the entrance and enter. The interior that impresses the sum is conscious of the inbound, such as the writing on the wall. This time, the GOTO travel and the regional coupon are used, and the tre is booked at 8,400 yen ⇒ 5,500 yen with breakfast for one night in one room. I leave check-in to tre and go back. The lounge is open and quite nice. In addition, there is a large lounge on the accommodation floor. This time I stayed in room 202 on the 2 floor. It is a large room with sofas and desks in a twin room. Moreover, the room bath is a hot spring of the cherry blossom bath! There is also a terrace. It seems that you can see Mt. tsurugatake from here (at this time it was cloudy and I couldn't see it, but I saw it later) I'm glad to stay for a consecutive night because the closet is large. The toilet is hot water toilet seat and there is a washbasin inside. Wifi is exploding when it is empty. But it became heavy at night. It may be empty due to the new corona virus, but it is acceptable. Get into the hot spring in the room immediately. It is a very spring quality with a sulfur fragrance. Moreover, it is possible to enter immediately 24 hours by the source hanging water. It's too good! The bath is beer on the terrace. After all, the beer on the bath is good, close to the bath. I go to the third floor the next morning of the mountain climbing. There is a restaurant. Breakfast here. There is a drink bar, but no time pattern buffet is held. It is a full breakfast with various side dishes. It is exhausted in a wonderful word. The room is large and there is a hot spring in the room. The hot spring is a sulfur spring and has a full sense of satisfaction. It is a location where you can see Mt. tsurugatake in Nishi Hotaka Dake in front of you, and you can jump into the hot spring in the room immediately even if you are tired of climbing. So it is about 2500 yen with breakfast for one person, and it is a cheap price. I've always wanted to live (laughs) What I need to be careful about is the desklight. When you switch off, the outlet in the desk is also off. I was charging my smartphone and I fell into a sad situation that I couldn't charge it when I woke up in the morning. It was a pity that there was no attention though it was quite important.

The first day she left the hotel, she said she would come back to the hotel next time! I heard that this store has been interviewed by Japanese TV programs, and I found a lot of websites and couldn't find how to make an appointment. Finally, I had to email to ask. I didn't expect the hotel staff to reply quickly, and I was very helpful. I also made an exception to make an appointment for us. 2 duplex rooms. Room 4 floor design (bedroom, washroom, Heshi and private hot springs), each room can sleep up to6-7 people, the children keep walking up and down in this duplex room, happy and crazy. The private hot spring with the house is beautiful and comfortable that I have never seen in Kusatsu, Ma and Gero, the private space and hot spring that my family wants, All satisfied once! The lobby of the hotel is very windy and comfortable. The buffet wine cellar and rice cake experience held in the middle really gives travelers a unique travel experience. The Japanese brunch here, my most memorable is the fish, even the person who doesn't eat fish can't stop eating. Other dishes are also exquisite and delicious. My family's dining arrangement in the separate room is really considerate. (Sorry, the children harassed other guests) The most eye-catching and necessary to try are those outdoor hot springs - gun-saw soup and broth, just look beautiful! (To see the children, I can't try..) The owner and staff's intentions, in our short stay also feel. Thank you for your efforts, make this beautiful hotel last forever!

All baths are private baths, and you can use the private baths (2 open-air baths and 3 indoor baths) if they are vacant (use time is 30 minutes). First of all, I went to a private open-air bath (soaked only, no body shampoo etc.). I thought it was over 45 degrees Celsius, so I tried to add water from the tap, but the hot springs kept pouring in, so the water remained hot. I put water on a large flat rock and entered, but it was so hot that I finally gave up and left. My spouse came out from next to me and said, ”It's okay if you're in the bath.” When I returned the key to the bath, I noticed that the temperature of the open-air bath was small to the left of the key, and the temperature of the open-air bath in front was 46 degrees. I shouldn't let you in. Those who take an open-air bath should check the board of this temperature. Otherwise you will lose time. By the way, about the private bath indoor bath, there were several groups of people who came for a day trip, so it was difficult to use the indoor bath. According to the website, one day trip costs 500 yen and the usage time is 40 minutes, so it seems to be a popular day trip bath. Finally the smallest place was finally empty and I entered. There is only one washing area, and the window of the indoor bath was open, so the wind came in. It was a beautiful new bath (adjust the heat by adding water). The next morning, when I went before 6 o'clock, I used the wide one (far right). There is also a place to sit in the dressing room, and there are 3 washrooms in the indoor bath. I finally felt like I was in a hot spring. The hot spring water smells like sulfur. Yunohana is floating. The use of the bath for guests is 30 minutes each time (it's posted, it's said at check-in), so it's pretty tough especially for women. It takes time for the dryer, and the hot water is hot, so it takes time to add water and adjust it. As a result, I couldn't enjoy the hot springs by soaking in the hot water slowly. It takes 40 minutes for a day trip, and I wonder how 30 minutes is for guests who are paying a high accommodation fee. There is nothing other than a hair dryer in the dressing room, and it is a conditioner in shampoo. The room was a room with a toilet and washroom. The futons are already laid out and the room feels small. There was a very large sofa sofa, and it was saved that two people could sit down. There were no tea pots, teacups, or tea in the room, and I was wondering if I would have to drink something cold during my stay, but there was an electric pot and paper cups next to the front desk. The lodging fee is quite expensive (16,000 yen on weekdays), so I think it would be nice to have at least a pot, teacup, and glass in the room (as a countermeasure against corona). Even if you drink tea from a flimsy paper cup (only one per person), it doesn't taste good. I had a hard time brushing my teeth. In the end the paper cup became henna henna. I felt that I was not in the position of the customer. Also, my companion, who needed cold drinks, was quite impatient that there was no refrigerator in the room, but there was a common refrigerator that everyone could use. There is no safe in the room. Dinner starts at 5:50 only. A lot of vegetables were used, it was a healthy menu. As someone who drinks alcohol, it was disappointing that the meat was set on fire as soon as I sat down. How about eating sashimi or grilled fish after meat? When the rice came, I thought that only miso soup would come, and when I ate the rice, two dishes came after that, which was a bit disappointing. Dinner was good overall. The accommodation fee cannot be paid in advance and can only be paid in cash. It was an inn where you could not feel much hospitality.

From the time I arrived by car to the time I checked in, I felt a welcome hospitality. There was a coffee service in the lobby lounge. The room was a room plan, and it was a Japanese room 8 tatami & wide edge. In the inn, as I spent almost on the wide edge with a chair, the window was small facing the parking lot, the ceiling was diagonal, and the head hit the threshold, so I said this room might be a translation. The Japanese room was normal, and the room had two keys and Wi-Fi. yukata can be selected for women. There is also cold water and electric pot. The bath was a source of Ni kind, with an open-air bath of sulfur spring and simple spring, and there were two open-air baths and two cherry blossom baths. From the simple spring of the open-air bath, the mountain of Hotaka 々 was desired. The inner bath is sulfur spring. The hot water flowers are sinking. The open-air bath was also large and impressed with the very good hot spring. The laundry wash area has amenities. Dinner was in the large hall and the space between tables was also sufficient. The Hotaka Kai seat was satisfied. Especially the cold tea bowl steaming of HIDA milk and HIDA mozzarella and the pottery plate baking of HIDA beef were especially delicious. Also dessert (cheese cake, caramel pudding was delicious, HIDA melon and pine were sweet. sake was first asked for a cold sake of local sake, but later, a cold sake of local sake was 3 books and is currently discounted at 2000 I noticed that there was a circle later and I had a 3 book set. I enjoyed the difference between the sake 3 seeds and each taste. The meal attendant feels good, and the chakkaman is also on the table. So it was good to bake meat or bake at your favorite time. Breakfast was the same venue. If you are young, you may not have a volume, but it was a good amount for us in mature years. There is also coffee and tea service. It is a hotel in front of the ropeway in Hotaka. I thought it was good to stay at a hotel with good hot springs, meals and customer service, and to come far.

This time I went to the hot spring hotel by car. There was no sun parking space at the door, so the staff helped me park in a more difficult place. There are not many parking spaces, about 6-7. The price includes dinner and breakfast. It starts at 6 o'clock in the evening and 8 o'clock in the morning. It is not a good meal but a few exquisite. I should have a lot of packages on the official website, but Trip.com only the most basic package. If you want to add money to upgrade, you should use the Japanese network to book a room. The room has its own private hot spring. The location is near the Xinsui Gao Cable Car Station, and it should be within half an hour by car.
