Wouldn't put a animal in here to stay here didn't even stay was filthy the vendor wasn't on site , there was a person who said the eating area and public house was closed weeks ago and emails were sent to everyone I arrived after travelling 5 hours to pick my son up from stanstead airport no email or call was received by myself.
There was flies and mosquito in the room wall paper hanging off walls covers on bed looked like someone had slept in the bed , you couldn't see out of windows they were filthy plenty of dust and cobwebs to see i got i touch with trip who were fantastic helpful couldn't do enough for me I went home without staying over night and exhausted as I was i would definitely advise anyone DO NOT STAY HERE

They did not send me details to check in and insist they did after I contact the customer service at 2am after staying outside in cold for an hour
Checked all my email and junks/spams I confirm I did not receive any further info abt check in informations
