La Flora Khao Lak

This hotel didn't quite hit the mark for me. Maybe it's because my room was in the building furthest from the sea. The walk to the beach was a real quest: walkways, bridges... and regularly, there were sewage smells from somewhere along the way. The room itself was decent, and the biggest plus was having a dehumidifier. When I checked in, the humidity was 70%, but it dropped to 50% after a few hours. Breakfasts were varied, but not amazing. The beach in the off-season had very big waves. I've been to this beach during peak season, and that's when it's truly fantastic.

Every moment was perfect at La Flora, the best resort in Khao Lak! I stayed at La Flora Khao Lak during this trip to Khao Lak, and from beginning to end, I had a truly satisfying time with absolutely nothing lacking. If I come to Khao Lak again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this place again!

We found ant eggs in our first room, so we had to switch. They offered a room upgrade as compensation, but it took an hour to fix the door, so we were basically 'refugees' for two hours! 🤦🏻♀️😇 * First room: Ant eggs found. * Second room: Much further away than the original room. * Upgraded room: Unpleasant odor in the room. * Last room: The bathroom door was broken and took about an hour to repair.

The large bed was soft and comfortable, and the room was clean. However, the service was far worse than expected. Perhaps it was due to the long holiday weekend, but they should have a better way of managing things. There was only one buggy, and even when we called, it wouldn't come to pick us up. The security guards had no service-mindedness and didn't help with parking; it felt like they were just there to pass the time. The accommodation building was very far from the main pool, and we had to walk through narrow passages between buildings, some of which looked dirty and were used for storage. The hotel's maintenance was very disappointing; it seemed they didn't prioritize development or the overall aesthetics of the hotel. Breakfast was mediocre. The staff didn't seem to be trained consistently. The lobby was very small. If you're looking for cleanliness and pleasant surroundings, this is not a good choice.

The atmosphere is pleasant and shady, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast is excellent. It's great whether you're coming with family or a loved one.

Easy to find and convenient location. The room was spacious, and the food was delicious. The restaurant is right by the sea, so you can easily go down for a walk on the beach.

Comfy rooms, excellent service from the staff. Perfect for those who love to swim, the pool surrounding the hotel is beautiful. Loved it!
