We didn't know what to expect but what a lovely surprise. We were welcomed and shown to our room which was excellent, very comfortable and well equipped. There was a large group staying at the hotel but we were looked after brilliantly by the team. From the manager Mr Gyandendra (who was excellent helping us with our airport transfer) to the restaurant team - Manish, Shyam, Ramayan and Harilal - who were so friendly. They were worried about me as I was recovering from food poisoning but made sure I had simple food throughout, and packed us an excellent breakfast each day for our safari. Jagat was a brilliant guide, and we were lucky to see some fantastic wildlife, including a sneaky tiger on our last day. I'd recommend, and if we return we will hope to stay again.

had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was exceptional. Every detail was taken care of, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great hospitality!

Service at the resort and restaurant were exceptional, with the team of Shyam, Harilal and Kanata the best!!! Would recommend taking more than one safari trip to increase your chances of seeing tigers in the adjacent national Park, especially in the monsoon season. We were thrilled to see a tigress and her three cubs playing at sundown!

I had booked our stay for 2 nights. My opinion on the resort is neutral. Without a lot of description I will list down what was good and what was not. 1) Overall - Good 2) Food - Good 3) Room - Good 4) Billing - They got it wrong. We were charged more. 5) Cab - They got this wrong, they got us older Innova with captain seat for a family of 5 with luggage
