Very good hotel, well located near the highway Cozy hotel, very clean and comfortable

We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon on February 17th. The person who welcomed us was a lady called “Amélie”, she gave me two room cards after making me pay the VAT hotel tax, As it was my first time visiting this hotel, I did not understand why I had to pay the VAT that I had already paid on the site. since it’s not clear, that’s why I asked Ms. Amélie the question, unfortunately I don’t have an answer! She told me to come the next day to talk with her manager! Same day in the evening she called me at 11:45 p.m. in the evening to ask me to come down with my passport, she wants to check my identity card to know it was me who reserved the room! I had to go down with my daughter! She is disrupting (disturbing) our life! And then on February 20 morning, I wanted to wash my son's bottle, before entering my private space I was authorized by two hotel employees! ! 2 mins later, Amélie came back to me, she blamed me and spoke very badly! What service!! The words were extremely bad. In total, we stayed 5 nights, everyone was very nice and friendly except Amélie!!! P.s. I hope I understood his first name correctly. She is a plump lady with glasses.

arrival; welcome with tourist tax to pay for 2 nights, it's mean to attract tourists. room: excellent cleanliness very good bed bedding, nice tv, WiFi ok, beautiful bathroom very clean with towels and shower gel small delicate touch with complete tea tray WC door defective that does not close because it is offset. not ideal noisy heating all night we can hear the noises from above flushing toilet / shower window insulation (we can hear the noises of buses in the parking lot) breakfast very correct opening hours very kind and smiling welcome very pleasant spacious room well lit and very clean nice wall-mounted TV nice furniture airy and discreet very clean breakfast dishes excellent quality breakfast multi choice of drinks, pastries, breads, fruits, dairy products and proteins .... quickly replenished. super nice fitness room with weight bench bike and a superb treadmill open all day with free access excellent cleaning team, very efficient and super discreet. very smiling and efficient reception team excellent breakfast team, very smiling and efficient. little extra for this hotel, there is a small restaurant 20 meters away very popular with karaoke dj. ps you have to book tables in advance because otherwise it is packed with people. apart from the small inconveniences above it is a very good establishment. if I had to give it a score I would give it 18/20. Thank you to the whole team for your dedication.

Following a booking error, we had paid for the night plus breakfast Arriving at the hotel, the hostess explained to us that there was no breakfast planned! As the email on your site confirmed that breakfast was included, this person explained to us that it was not possible. After a discussion with the manager, we received a commercial gesture from the management. Be careful not to repeat this error between you and the service provider.

Like last time, this hotel suits me perfectly...nothing to complain about, thank you. The staff is friendly and competent. The rooms are clean. The breakfast assorted and impeccable, what more could you ask for. I obviously recommend.
