Best historical hotel in Tallinn. Room is super comfortable and clean. So convenient with public transport. Easy to access from airport. Service is 5 stars. Must try their restaurant food is outstanding. You will love this hotel.

Great location, about 5 minutes from bus stop connect ing the ferry or train, and 5 minutes to town centre. Windows are double insulated so keep the room cozy and quiet. The hotel provides hard pillows as requested.

Very helpful staff who provided detailed guidance on transport options from/to ferry terminal (we used Bolt ride hailing app-4.30€ after midnight to hotel and 6.40€ at evening peak to ferry terminal). They also gave comprehensive suggestions on places of interest and restaurants. Every frontline staff was excellent with special kudos to Alex especially and Keitlin. Tasty degustation menu at the Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel. There's an excellent market, florist/plant nursery and supermarket a short ten minutes walk away. Bought a lovely Aechmea 'Blue Tango' bromeliad packed beautifully with soil washed off to carry on the flight home to Singapore. Grabbed a variety of smoked/cured meats and jerky (deer, elk, moose, wild boar, wild beef) and local Kalev chocs.

Very nice hotel located in a fantastic location, in the Old Town. The rooms are very nice and clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is phenomenal. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel for both solo travelers and couples.

Their warm hospitality really makes you feel welcome and makes you want to stay again. I forgot my PJs and they emailed me straight away and even offered to ship them to me. Super grateful for their kindness! Will definitely stay again if I ever visit Tallinn in the future. Hotel location is great too very close to the Old Town and also near the market and the bus station to the harbour if you’re coming by ferry from Helsinki.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location - a short walk from the heart of the old town but a street or two from the crowds. Thoughtfully and tastefully restored from side-by-side historic buildings, including sections of handsome old stone internal walls. Great breakfast and great service. The only suggestion: the lobby bar seating area is a bit anonymous and bland.

This was a very clean hotel! You could see the courtyard, the bed was large, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was also delicious~
