Water park is fantastic,breakfast is also good. Location perfect,near to old town,can walk from cruise terminal as well.

The staff was friendly. I appreciated air conditioning in the room and curtains that darkened the room for the night. The room and restaurant were clean and breakfast had a good variety. The water park showers were quite old and dirty, but the pool area was quite nice.

Great location, very close to old town. The room is very clean and modern with Aircon. The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities. My booking included access to the water park, it was amazing, never had such a great holiday, definitely recommend coming back again.

Old town'a çok yakın her yere yürüme mesafesinde olan çocukla konaklamada çok rahat edilecek spa ve havuzu harika olan otel. Bir daha gidersem yine tercih ederim.

We booked a twin room and then we arrived at our room and it was a double room with a baby’s crib set up. We told reception that we actually wanted a twin room. They changed the room and as we were going out, we asked if someone could help to move our bags to the new room. The guy behind the desk said no. I protested and he eventually agreed.

Loud Pool Training: During our time at the SPA, a group pool training session took place. The trainer used a whistle very loudly and frequently, which significantly disrupted the relaxing atmosphere. When I politely asked the trainer to lower the volume, he dismissively told me it was none of my business. This ruined the overall SPA experience. 2. SPA Slippers Not Provided: Slippers were not provided in the room and could only be purchased for a small fee. However, this information is only shared once you reach your room, meaning you have to return to the reception to get them. Quite inconvenient. 3. Bed Gap Issue: The main bed was actually two smaller beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart, creating a gap in the middle. This could easily be fixed either by securing the bed legs with straps or placing a large double mattress on top.
