Bob W Tallinn City Centre - Ambassador

We really enjoyed our stay at Bob W Tallinn City Centre – Ambassador. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, modern and beautifully designed, with so much more space and comfort than you would normally get in a standard hotel room. We especially loved how well equipped the apartment was — everything felt thoughtfully planned for a comfortable stay. The interior is stylish and contemporary, the bed was very comfortable, and the whole place felt fresh and extremely well maintained. The location is convenient for exploring Tallinn, with the city centre and Old Town easily accessible. Check-in was simple and the digital concept works very well, although sometimes we personally still appreciate having more traditional face-to-face service available. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience and excellent value for the quality and amount of space you get. We would happily stay with Bob W again in another city. Definitely recommended, especially for couples looking for a stylish alternative to a traditional hotel.

Shen I arrived at the room ,there are a few issues such as a broken lamp. It was really disappointing start of the stay but they resolved them on the next day and they were responsive and reachable.

Very central location. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Deeply disappointing experience. When we checked into our room, we discovered that the bathroom had not been adequately sanitized. Specifically, there were visible urine stains on both the toilet bowl and the toilet seat. This lack of basic cleanliness is unacceptable and ruined our first impression of the property.

It’s very close to Tallinn Old town, about 8 minutes walk, and there are two other larger malls with grocery store nearby. The hotel itself is in the residential area so it is nice and quiet. Wifi connection is good, kitchen is easy to use and we are given multiple dishwashing detergents, however, there’s no oven, otherwise it’d be 10/10. Luggage storage lockers are limited but the staffs were helpful and helped us clean one out.

Do not rent the family suite in summer! We had "normal" summer days with maximum 24° outside, and the whole flat was between 26-27°C during our whole stay. There are only 2 windows for the whole flat, that can be opened a little bit and there is no way the heat can go away. There is no aircon and the only thing we got was the cheapest and noisiest fan I have ever seen in my life. The flat does not look at all like the pictures, the living room / kitchen is very cramped while the bedrooms are in the cellar and uncesserarily big. One has no window! For this price, it's a total disappointment, we did not enjoy our stay.

Love BOB W so much!!! Easy check-in process, the place is classy.

Great stay in Tallinn

So the thing to make sure before you check-in is to have your confirmation email. The entrance key code to the apartment building and your room is in the email. There’s no reception at front desk and there’s no elevators. So if you’re carrying heavy luggage, good luck climbing up and down. Location is perfect. Room is great. Will book it next time when I’m traveling light.
