Mint House Tampa Downtown by Kasa

Checking in was honestly a pain in my ass stuck outside in the sweltering heat without human contact. The waiver for damages was needlessly confusing; I didn’t realize I could opt out. Then the WiFi failed second day. To their credit they acknowledged, clarified, and compensated when merited.

One of the best place we've stayed. Everything was spotless and very well furnished. My husband and I had a great time staying there. We will definitely come back. One thing is we have to pay for the parking place with the mobile park day rate and an additional night rate. $11 for the whole night from 8pm to 11am, around $16 for the day, depends on how long you stay at the parking lot. Above all, thank you for all the effort putting in the room to make our stay extra comfortable!

Loved everything about the property, walkable location for cruise port, dining, free TECO trolly, aquarium food & entertainment to the wharf. Comfortable clean beds, rooms with great views, pool just simply a hidden gem! This will be my home away from home when in Tampa!!

Nice place with good location, close to most stuff in the downtown area. Self-checkin was pretty easy, aside from not getting the code in my email. But the phone support to get the code was quick and easy. Modern property, and obviously newer. ... Minor style-over-substance quibble: Add some light to the bathrooms.

Very nice building and location. Room was clean and the perfect size for me being a single visitor with a studio room..

it is very clean unit - it has everything you need for long stay - the location is very convenient - it is walking distance from Tampa bay - downtown and white street

Absolutely fenomenal stay! We are beyond happy with the choice we made while booking the accommodation in Tampa. Great location, close to each place we wanted to visit while here and they surprised us greatly with positive experience. We hope to stay here again!

DO NOT BOOK MINT HOUSE thru *******. We could not access the property after 3 failed attempts to contact Mint House standing outside the property for over one hour in 90 degree weather in Tampa, Florida. They do not accept Expedia's Itinerary number and would only honor their booking number which was never given to us by *******. Two other people outside the property had the same problem and they both acknowlege booking thru *******. We had to book another hotel last minute in the area. BE WARNED!!!! Very disappointed at *******

We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our room. It appeared to be brand new, and the full size appliances ;including washer and dryer) were very good quality. Bathroom and shower were spacious, and the clever design of the bed raising up to the ceiling to open the living room floor space with sofa and coffee table was brilliant! Location was perfect and allowed us to easily walk to the Benchmark Arena, River Walk, and the free trolly we eventually learned about. The only negative was the high price to park ($35/day). Parking lots seemed to be cheaper….. Other than that, we had an excellent stay!
