We stopped and stayed here after a trip we were on was extended a day and we had an early flight to catch. Check in was quick and easy. The beds were comfortable and the location was great as it was minutes to the airport, which was great with a 6 am flight with 3 kids and 7 people total. Our only complaint was the laundromat services were only available until 9. We spent the day at the beach and just planned to wash and pack our beach things once we had come back from dinner. Once we got back from dinner the hotel laundromat was about to close. There was a coin mat about mins up the road , so it wasnt the hugest inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have the on site laundromat available 24 hours or even until midnight. We travel for sports a lot and this is the first time we have encountered this.

First room had leaking A/C unit. We were then moved to 2nd room which had numerous issues with door closing and locking.

Not clean, carpets are extremely dirty. Never been to a Hampton Inn property so poorly maintained. Additionally, the staff was also very unfriendly.

Most of the staff was excellent There was one though that refused my child an extra blanket. Things seemed to be falling apart. One elevator was broken and the other screamed and screeched and the emergency box remained open the entire time. Our a.c. unit leaked all over our the floor and got our stuff wet. The hallways were hot and some of the hallways had a musty odor. The dryer had to be ran 2 or 3 times to fully dry clothes and with $3 to dry that can get very expensive. The washer washes in hot water even when cold is selected. Ran out of half of half and only had the pumps. The oranges for breakfast were rotten. The side door would not work at times with our key card when we told the front desk they said it happens sometimes. The pool has a very sharp hole in the bottom that will cut someone if not careful. The alarm on the pool gate doesnt work and people were walking in from the side and might not have even been guests. The team member Jackie could use some coaching on customer etiquette.

Quality and service The hallway was very musty like the air-conditioning wasn’t on. It had an unpleasant smell in the hallway. The call box in the elevator was open. Breakfast was good. The front desk was good and professional. The pillows were my main complaint. They were not firm pillows. They were very saggy no filling in the pillows.

On a main street so would be easy to cummute around. Close to airport so definitely see and hear the planes takinf off. Staff are amazing and helpful.
