Facilities: Quite complete. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Very good. Service: Decent. The room was very spacious, and the elevator had transparent glass windows. The room was like a suite, and the bathroom was also a good size. The only downside was that the toothbrushes were very difficult to use.

The line at the front desk was a long wait but they offered baked cookies while we waited and that was so sweet of them. It was a nice accommodation. Very beautiful and tropical downstairs.

Great place, nice room with all you need and clean. Unfortunately my neighbor slammed doors all the time and killed my sleep.

Great place to stay. This has become my favorite place to stay whenever I stay in Tampa. The staff are absolutely amazing. Yeni, is the front desk that assisted me on my last visit and she did an absolutely AMAZING JOB! Thanks to you and your team for an amazing stay

Its an okay place, but not more than that. Room is spacious but all the advertised balconies are permanently closed. Beds are good Room is clean 3 of the four lifts were out of order the first 2 days. Lifts you have to share with house keeping and therefore with there waiste containers. Gym is a bit dirty. Not cleaned once during our stay

Really handy for TPA having arrived from the UK. Rooms are a decent size, however the sofa bed was not made up when we went to our room. Disappointingly when we went down to reception to mention this we were told that we would have to make the bed up ourselves. Never in all of our travels have we ever been told such a rediculous thing. We we challenged this again, the reception staff finally relented and sent housekeeping to make up the bed.

We loved the beautiful lobby with its greenery! The hotel is large and cozy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The most convenient thing was that the hotel shuttle takes you to and from the airport and to International Plaza. We went to the Mall and had a great time.

Very good, the environment is also good.
