Hotel Tano Guam

The hotel seems to have opened in 2023, but perhaps due to Guam's humidity or poorer quality materials, there were many water stains in the bathroom and the hairdryer was chipped. Other services were quite good, and it's very eco-friendly that if you skip housekeeping for two days, you can exchange it for $20 worth of items from the convenience store!

This is a hotel I'd love to stay at again if I have the chance! The room was perfectly comfortable with no issues, and all the staff were very kind. They even had amenities like a sewing kit and body sponge. There's also a red shuttle bus stop right in front of the hotel, so getting around was easy. Plus, there was complimentary water in the fridge on the first day!

Amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body sponge, cotton swabs, comb, hair cap, sewing kit, toothbrush, hairdryer, towels, bath towels, cups, 2 welcome drinks, Wi-Fi. Available. The towels placed on the floor are changed daily, and bed making is done every 3 days? Waste disposal and other cleaning seem to be done daily. It's a 17-minute walk to Tumon Beach, and there's an ABC Store and various restaurants nearby. There was a pool, but it wasn't open when I visited. There's a small snack shop like a convenience store in the lobby. I wanted to use the shower after check-out but couldn't. You can use the restroom. The parking lot seemed to be free and had plenty of spaces. There were stray dogs in the parking lot, but they didn't approach. This hotel has great access and value for money; I'd like to stay here again.

It's a decent place to stay if you're looking for a budget-friendly option. However, I can see why most people only stay for half a night – the quality is just okay. We booked it at a special, super cheap rate, so even with some complaints, we didn't mind too much. But if I had paid full price, I would have been really disappointed. The service and cleanliness are fine, but even though the room was cleaned, towels weren't automatically replenished; you had to ask for them at the counter. We stayed for three nights, but water was only provided at check-in. After that, we had to buy it or fill up from the gym's water dispenser. That part was a bit inconvenient. Still, having a convenience store inside the accommodation was a huge plus! The room view was like this [implied, as if showing a picture]. Oh, and it's fine if you have a rental car, but we were on foot, and having to walk 15 minutes to the beach was a bit tough. It's an acceptable place for a budget stay, but it's not worth paying a high price for a longer stay! Go for a hotel closer to the beach instead 😁

This hotel is incredibly clean, has an excellent location, and the staff are super friendly. We stayed for 4 nights and were so satisfied that we'd love to come back again. It's amazing how quickly they address and resolve any issues. Choosing this hotel will definitely make your Guam trip even more enjoyable.
