the location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy. the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype. The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub. We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation. Thank you Hilton Guam, till next time!

We stayed at the premier tower. The bathroom had a foul stench and I thought of asking to change rooms but didn't because I didn't want to move all of my luggage. But the stink really made my stay unpleasant. The interior of the room looks good but the bathroom is really old so don't be fooled by the photos of the bedroom. The shower room door doesn't shut all the way so you'll have a bathroom floor soaking wet after your shower. The body soap was empty on the day we arrived and I was utterly disappointed that this is the kind of service a Hilton hotel would provide. The only acceptable point for this hotel was the buffet (over-priced, btw) which was "acceptable" (by no means "good"). At around noon the cleaning on the floor above ours would shower our balcony with detergent and water so our bathing suits we were trying to dry on the balcony were soaking wet. Thanks a lot! I would strongly recommend you to choose a newer hotel. Absolutely not worth the money.

My summer vacation, where I wanted to relax from the daily grind, was completely ruined by the Guam resort spa. I booked a room at the less crowded Guam Hilton, but because it was peak season, I paid nearly 3 million won for 6 nights, and this is the Garden Premier View room... the worst. What's the garden view from the balcony like? I asked to change rooms at check-in, but they said they didn't have any. I slept in this room for 4 nights, and it was gross. It smelled. I was hoping to at least spend the remaining 2 nights to refresh myself... They were supposed to move me at 5 PM, but... I had to pack up all my luggage and go down and up twice to the desk... crazy... The hotel desk service was a mess. A Korean intern named Mia pretended not to be Korean and only spoke in English. I was so annoyed... Isn't she there to make things easier for Koreans? Anyway, my winter vacation was ruined. Be careful with the Guam Hilton Garden View.

The hotel staff were all friendly and fun, and I never had any complaints about the cleanliness. They provided large towels for the pool, so all I had to do was change into my swimsuit.

Guam is so small that transportation is hassle-free. Ypao Beach is beautiful, and the parks are convenient and nice. ^^ I highly recommend the course menu at Hilton Roy's Restaurant. ^^

This hotel is about 10 minutes from downtown, so a shuttle bus is available. It has an ocean view overlooking the hill of Love, so the view is truly amazing! However, don't expect any water activities or swimming pools. There are only a few pools. It's also very small. The breakfast buffet is a total waste of money. Don't eat there. We had to eat one last time because there was nowhere else to eat, but it was just too much. The interior is clean, but the hotel is old and dated! There's no restaurant with a great view where you can enjoy a nice breakfast. There are too many soldiers. It's really noisy, as if they're having their own parties at the bar. All hotels in Guam are above average. The Hyatt is no exception. The pool area is spacious, but even there, it was completely worn out when I visited.

The hotel is old, very old, the elevator creaks. It is a 10-minute drive from downtown Tumon Bay. If you rent a car, it is also very convenient. You can also take the tram to the city center. Parking is free. The balcony has a nice view.

You should think of it as a resort, not a hotel. If you expect various convenient services provided by a hotel, you will be disappointed, but it is not particularly uncomfortable.
