It was cost-effectively excellent! Especially the location was very good. Also there were few people using the swimming pool so it was great to use it with a partner or family ;)

Great hotel, but covid has caused most of the in house shops and services to close, even the spa. Housekeeping was great and helpful. McDonald's and TGIFridays downstairs was convenient. The in house restaurant was odd, with seating sessions that I wasn't used to. Great location, if the shops up and down the street weren't all half closed from covid also. Nice hotel for the price, I'd go back but only after covid.

I use this hotel when I go to Guam. The location is convenient and there is a parking lot. There were plenty of amenities. The water dripping from the air conditioner was a bit of a minus, but other rooms were fine, so it may be a hit or miss situation.

The room is a bit small, but the price is still very cost-effective compared to the surrounding hotels. There is also a swimming pool to play in, and there is a shopping mall downstairs; The service is very good, there are front desks from various countries, and there is no need to worry about communication problems

The location was very comfortable for a solo traveler. The beach was a 5-minute walk away, so I was able to go there multiple times a day. GPO and Micronesia Mall are far away, but the bus stop is nearby, so I was able to enjoy them without any problems. The staff were very polite and kind, and answered all my questions kindly. The deterioration of the water area may be something that can't be helped, but it will be a concern for those who are concerned about it.

I stayed for 2 days and 1 night and it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. This is very good value for money in Guam. It's a 5-minute walk from the sea.

Location: Golden Zone of Tumon Bay, Guam. Although not near the sea, it is a lively business district, and it is very convenient to eat, shop and go duty-free. We are a cost-conscious, everyday family. Since we arrived late at night and only had to sleep, we stayed at this inexpensive hotel on Guam for the first night. It was not luxurious at all, but there were few inconveniences in terms of size, plumbing, TV, amenities, etc. We booked for three adults, but there were only two beds and no cots, so we lowered the rating a little. Meals generally cost about $15 anywhere, so we were attracted by the 15% off GoGoGUAM campaign and splurged a little and made a direct reservation for the attached breakfast buffet. It was our first day in Guam so we can't compare, but for 150 yen to the dollar, we were quite satisfied with the taste and variety. It was good to find out on the first day that the bread was surprisingly delicious, but it didn't have much of a Guam feel or luxury, so we were satisfied with the average person's small luxury level. We were also grateful that our 10-year-old child ate for free, probably because we were guests. They also applied for the 15% off. The attached JP Store has fashionable clothes and miscellaneous goods shops, but the goods are not particularly high-end, so there were many things I would have liked to buy if the yen had not been weaker. The bus stop for Micronesia Mall is in front of the JP Store, and the bus stop for the outlet is in front of Dusit on the opposite lane, so another reason for its high location. Tarza had only opened its lazy river two days ago, but the kids got bored of it after 30 minutes and I thought the small pool was sufficient. If you are prioritizing activities such as the beach and pool, there are many other options, but if price and location are important to you, this is a hotel I would consider again.

The location is very convenient as it is close to shopping centers such as JP Store, The Plaza, and T Gallery, as well as famous restaurants such as Heavy Hitters, Dos Burger, Ag & Things, and iHop. It's a 5-minute walk to Tumon Beach, so it's great. I recommend it as the cleanliness and hotel facilities (swimming pool, breakfast, massage shop) are very good!!
