good hotel location!situated in a populated tumon where restaurants stores and hotels located.will give you spacious parking.large swimming pool.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, great location for beach goers and sizable rooms with own kitchen area. Not the cleanest bathroom and mattresses but nothing too critical.

My second time (first was last April 2025) Even though there still a lot of people hanging out i’m still love this hotel. Front desk officer are very accommodating and friendly. The place of this hotel is superb. Will visit guam soon and will choose this again.

We always stay this hotel. Location, big room with small kitchen so we can cook at room to save money. Guam is getting expensive. reasonable room price etc. their services are ok. Will definitely book this hotel soon.

They need to improve for room cleaning. They don’t even mope the floor, under the bed etc. our slippers are getting dirty. , not cleaning bathroom including bath tab. We need to call them to clean but they can’t clean properly. If they want to have more Japanese tourists, they have to improve. We still will stay this hotel coz Location and room size is good.

They have good amenities. Nice location. They can improve by training the staff to smile, to clean professionally the rooms. The friendly and family atmosphere can still be improved. All else, it is still world class. Thanks for the week.
