The best part of my stay was my sleep…. That bed was so comfortable. Booking check in and check out was super easy and the staff member at the front desk was approachable and informative… would definitely recommend.

Deluxe King Room was very comfortable. Older but perfectly serviceable fittings n finishes. Very convenient to city centre and surprisingly quiet. Will happily stay again.

Comfortable room, helpful staff. I was having surgery and requested a room on the ground floor. The one provided was ideal for easy parking and easy access.

It was an ideally located position for an overnight stopover,central and easy to find,good parking ,handy to town for an evening meal,great walk up to the lookout before we left the next morning

There was no double bed and there should have been. Paying that amount the room wasn’t what we are used to.

Booked the spa room. Spa did not work and No hot water, went to reception it was closed 1 hour prior to advertised closing time. Called after hours number 3 times before getting ahold of someone. Was told to wait 1 hour for system to reheat before access to hot water as the hot water system runs 4 rooms and others must have used all the hot water. After finally getting hot water and being able to have a shower the Shower tap dripped all night which meant little sleep for me. Was offered $20 refund for all the issues. Room was clean however would not stay here again.
