Stayed on the 32nd floor and the internet was consistently bad. Even after calling the Fikaroom team, the issues persisted.

Unfortunately this is not going to be a good review , firstly the room was a bit outdated , no soap in the bathroom had to use the body wash from the shower , had an electric stove top but no utensils , no cutlery , did not even have a spoon to stir the coffee , completely bare kitchen area so don’t know why the cooktop is there for . The aircon was really weak the remote didn’t work well so couldn’t change the temp and in the middle of the night we felt water dripping from the unit in the bedroom as it was over the bed , so we had to turn it off and had a really uncomfortable sleep, no bread available for breakfast which was a bit disappointing as I don’t eat heavy things like curry chicken and rice for breakfast . Staff were good but looking sometimes it is not enough .

Located near tangsel mall. Has plenty of convinience sjops and food restaurants walking distance from hotel. Nice comfy room with comfy bed.

Hotel apartment is located in the shopping mall area. Basically you can find anything nearby. 3 times stayed here, always get a room with old sofa, old towel. Others are OK. Still acceptable.

The photos is not a real The aircon is not that good The aunts are taking freedom.

It is fine. But one of electrical sockets' connection / contact is not very good.

Next to mall. Room is spacious and clean.

overall its very nice and confy to stay here menginap 1malam 2anak di weekdays dengan type kamar family Kolam renang clean Dekat banget sama mall tangcity, ada indomaret, alfamart, FamilyMart, Lawson, ada tempat karaoke juga, Starbucks, akses jalan oke dan parkiran luas Akan balik lagi kesini soon Thankyou

Great clean room. Really enjoyed my stay. Feels more like an apartment. Pool is great. Gym is not bad. Breakfast can be greatly improved.
