Mercure Tangerang Centre

Satisfied with excellent service , I will stay in this hotel again when i am in tangerang ! I don’t want to go back 😫 I upgraded to Executive Suite at the hotel and I was satisfied! Worth every penny! Thank you Mercure Tangerang Center 🫶🏻

This was our second stay at the hotel, mainly because it’s close to my family’s house. We stayed during Raya, but there wasn’t anything particularly special about the experience. The breakfast was quite underwhelming, especially considering the price. This time, we booked the Junior Suite, which was more spacious and noticeably cleaner compared to the standard room. However, if you’re planning to stay here during Ramadan, do note that there’s a continuous Quran recitation playing 24/7 from nearby mosque. While it’s not necessarily a bad thing, the sound does travel through the thin windows and unfortunately disrupted my sleep at times.

For a 4-stars hotel, the basic room is just so-so. They did not even bother to change the broken shampoo pump. Its really annoying if I have to call for them to repair. Sometimes im just tired and need to rest. Then requested for ice bucket but they just provide ice in a small bowl. Lol

rooms are very small we had to pay $15 par day to upgarade our romm which was liitle uncomfortable as all booking made are non refundable . as we had long flght just paid and slept

Everything was good, but I think the bed is too high. Because the room is not spacious, the tall mattress bed makes the room smaller.

Overall excellent and comfy. Good location. The room is very clean
