The location of Fame hotel is strategic as its on the main road. Next to its a hospital which is very modern. Also easily food can be found especially in the night with the night bazaar nearby.

Great Hotel, staff super friendly and helpful. Shopping Mall/Food outlets walking distance- not so great if you want Jakarta “old town”

This is my secind time staying at Episode. Love the deco and vibe of the hotel. Super comfy bed and this time round, I had good sleep since noises from the street is not audible. Location is convenient for those having appointments around Tangerang, Setia Alam, Gading Serpong, and Kebun Jeruk. Managed to discover more eateries in this area!

The staff is so friendly and helpful, one of the staff was very careful and aware of their customer. He was helping me from the drunk guy.

The hotel location is at the center of Serpong. Spacious and clean hotel room. The food at the Chinese and Italian restaurants are good. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again next time for the next visit.

Cannot understand why cleaner always open the toilet door after his cleaning. Once I back to room, i can smell toilet smell. I have been using this hotel since last year. Evey month 2~6days. All rooms that I used... some bad smell in the room. So far ok based on the price, but I can seel its quality down than before. Door lock does not working well, all the time I need to change my cardkey. So far ok because it is cheap hotel. Oh 1 more.... I can see cockroach in the resto 8floor near coffee machine. Dishes always have finger mark from workers. Not hygine.... Best hotel in cheap level. Thats all. Hope they improve it....
