The location is nice, the furniture is old, but room is super clear

It's good however we booked through Trip.com and they don't accept bookings from them anymore, we had to call customer service for them to settle it

Nice hotel

1. The room has a strong odor. I don't know if it's smoke or something else. 2. I paid the tax when I booked the room, and I paid the tax again when I checked in at the front desk. I reported it to Ctrip and they refunded me the money. 3. The bathroom also has a strong odor and the facilities are very old. There is no hair dryer. I arrived late at night and couldn't blow dry my hair after taking a shower. I had to let it dry naturally. 4. There were marks on the sofa and the curtains were moldy.

Cool, only yesterday there was a change in hours from Jeddah to Jakarta, but it didn't take long and the departure was great.

Everyone at the front desk has a very good attitude! The view from the room is particularly beautiful!

Not very clean, a bit far from the city center, mainly not very clean, but it is indeed a relatively cheap chain hotel, but it is really not recommended to stay!!!

Well located hotel, close to the city center and the cornice. Room quite spacious, comfortable bed. Bathroom with shower a little small. We did not have wifi during the whole stay despite our report. The hotel parking lot has very little space and therefore quickly fills up. Very generous breakfast

Only positive point: the location. Cleanliness: unsanitary bathroom, lots of mold in the shower cubicle, broken taps and floor in very poor condition; parquet floor that is heaving and dilapidated. Friendly staff but the service leaves something to be desired, you have to ask for the cleaning service several times during the day (knowing that the cleaning service is normally daily) Very average breakfast.

I am very disappointed, I had consultation with Hotel Ramada in time, I could cancel and would discuss an exception for a refund Ramada does not want to give a refund, the reason for me was that I had run out of medicine, so I had to buy a new plane ticket and return earlier because my medicine is not available in Morocco, they did not think that was a good argument, I regret the behavior of the Manager who shows no understanding for my situation, I was a client of Ramada Tangier for years, I will never come to the Hotel again, I am very angry about it, selfish behavior of the Manager who has not paid me back, money gone.

This hotel should be a relatively cost-effective hotel. It is close to the seaside and has large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room.
