good location. This hotel is a riad which is special architecture of Morocco. Breakfast is good.

The hotel location is very good. Restaurants, Spa, stores are around by walk. The property is a 245-year heritage raid, family owned business. The management team and staff are sweet and friendly people. The only problem is that soundproof is not that great. I often woke up by the nosie in the morning or overnight.

The location is really great. We were able to walk to the Medina and the Beach from the hotel. There are spas too nearby and local supermarkets to buy groceries.

Poor amenities and cleaniness. Good location. Very little service.

The inside is absolutely gorgeous. I wish I would have stayed longer but it was not in our plans. One thing that id recommend I'd asking them to get you a guide to tour cap spartel. It's a beautiful site and the Herculean caves. It's a 2.5 hr trip and amazing place. Please enjoy and plan well for Tangier. One thing was we didn't ask but it was cold and only had 1 sheet...toes froze but it was beautiful.

A fantastic Family hotel! the owner of the hotel as well as the staff are absolutely amazing people. They are very friendly and professional and excellent service provided to their guests. I felt like home and I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a wonderful stay in city centre of Tangier. 5🌟👏👍🏼

Room need some maintenance

The facility is spacious and comfortable. And the breakfast was good. It’s better if the water drainage in bathroom works better.

Optimal value for money, suitable for a couple of nights, but it all depends on the room: some overlook the street and are in pretty poor condition, while others are more or less decent with windows overlooking the courtyard. The staff is friendly.

It was my first time in Morocco, so I was nervous, but my taxi ride from the airport was a breeze. The reception staff were very polite, and I think they spoke English to me, French, Arabic, and even Spanish to others. They also told me about a tour available at the hotel during breakfast, and when I joined, the guide was very experienced and wonderful. I was able to see many sights I wouldn't have been able to see on my own, and we were able to talk about various things, which was a really great experience. Even when I made a little mess in my hotel room, I showed the female staff member a translation and she kindly helped me out. While tourists stare at me when I walk alone around the area, within a 15-minute walk of the tourist area, there are some aggressive touts, but I still have a great time and fully enjoy the exotic atmosphere.

On the first day, they sent us to the third floor, where the Wi-Fi didn't reach and the TV was broken. They then sent us to the first floor. The room was dirty, there were moths and spiders in the bathroom. The manager got upset once because I had the heating on. At night, we were left without hot water. It was a completely bad experience for the hotel.

Very well located hotel, cleanliness is at a minimum.
