民宿在一個花園小區裏，免費停車，人車分流，環境優雅安逸，裏面時不時就能碰到保安巡查，保安大哥很健談，安全可靠，民宿老闆有求必應，住的時候有蚊子，很快就給我們買來了蚊香液，還給我們提供河頭老街旅遊避坑攻略建議，很貼心

房間很描述一樣，圖片真實，房主提前聯繫，注意事項和解釋詳細，態度很好，有求必應。最喜歡小露台，房間特別乾淨，兩室兩衞，有一次性毛巾浴巾，比普通毛巾用的方便，一次性拖鞋，洗護用品也齊全。密碼鎖，小區很安靜，進出門有保安給開，周邊打車也方便，去河頭看街3公里，10元義裏搞定。客廳，兩個卧室都安有足夠大的空調。
唯一缺點是房間wifi連上了也沒有網，手機在房間裏信號還不太好，最好的時候衹有4G，網速還不穩定，幾個手機都這個情況。

三室兩衞的房間完全可以滿足一家人的出行需求，小區環境高檔乾淨，離河頭老街步行20分鐘，開車7 8分鐘的路程，如果有機會再去唐山，還會選擇這裏😊

家庭出行，網上對比了好多家，最後選擇這家，位置距離河頭老街步行十多分鐘，很近房間衞生乾淨整潔舒適，床品也乾淨，設施都是新的，周圍環境安靜，每個門口都有保安，非常安全。沒有拍照就不附圖了，和老闆介紹的一樣，推薦！
