M Social Resort Penang

Recently we stayed at M Social Resort Penang and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The room was generally well-maintained and comfortable. However, there is still some room for improvement, as I noticed a few tiny bugs or insects on the wall, as well as some spots around the sliding door area and on the balcony floor. The location is excellent, especially for those who enjoy beach activities. The hotel offers private beach access, which is very convenient and adds great value to the stay. The service was outstanding throughout my visit. The bellboy team was very helpful and professional, the reception staff were friendly and efficient, and room service was prompt and reliable. The service standards across all departments deserve recognition. The amenities provided were comprehensive and met all expectations. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was available. The swimming pool was well-maintained and clean. I especially appreciated the dedicated children’s section, making it suitable for families. The lobby is one of the highlights of the hotel. It is very clean, beautifully designed, and offers a fantastic view. The welcome drink provided before check-in was also a nice touch and created a great first impression. Parking facilities were generally good. While basement parking is available, the number of spaces is somewhat limited. Open-air parking is also available and works well. However, access from the basement parking area to the lobby needs improvement. There appears to be no direct lift access, requiring guests to climb two to three levels of stairs, which can be inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with a fluffy mattress and excellent pillows that provided a great night’s sleep. One feature that truly impressed me was the AI Box system that replaces the traditional hotel room phone. Guests can use it to control the TV, request amenities, contact room service, housekeeping, and reception. This modern and innovative feature greatly enhanced the overall guest experience. Overall, M Social Resort Penang offers excellent service, a great location with private beach access, comfortable rooms, modern technology, and a welcoming atmosphere. With minor improvements to room detailing and basement parking access, the experience would be even better.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very cozy, which helped me get a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Room clean, big space , sea view very nice Pool’s are very clean and good environment at the pools side. Breakfast was good and many choices. Staff are very nice and friendly, helpful. Thanks M Resort for giving me good memories.

Excellent place to stay for short break. Room is spacious and clean, comes with a sofa bed that can fit additional person in the room. Each floor comes with water dispenser, this is a good sustainable service.

Chic and trendy vibe resort and definitely enjoy our 3d2n escape at M Social Resort Penang! The room is cosy enough with great ocean view. The pool area is great for my boys and having a direct beach access is a huge plus. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They provide service from the carpark since the day of arrival. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. Will definitely come back again in September. See you soon! ♥️

New hotel near Tanjung Bungah, cool environment and perfect architecture design. All staff were very friendly and welcomed us. Spacious room and clean room! i got room with partial seaview i love it so much, can walk to the beach easy access. For sure i will come again !

The location is really quite far, though is not as far as Ferringhi. The private beach and pool is perhaps the only highlight of the hotel. The staffs are not all friendly though, eventhough we had requested several times for room service and their management said they will arrange for room service. However, ended up they only help throw rubbish, but they didn’t even help wipe the floor or the toilet floor which was wet. Despite being a new hotel, but the carpet and couch are quite dirty. And the toilet ceiling has leaking stain and it can be quite bad if left untreated.
