This hotel was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. The parking area was ridiculously narrow and stressful to navigate, especially after a long day. The air conditioning barely worked and wasn’t cold at all, making the room hot and uncomfortable. To make things worse, the floor was dusty, and the entire place felt old, rundown, and poorly maintained. What made the experience even more irritating was the poor customer service. The staff were unhelpful and completely inflexible, refusing to negotiate on rates at all. Overall, it felt like a waste of money and not worth the hassle.

This is a self check-in boutique hotel, located near the seaside of Tanjung Bungah. It is a 3 storey bungalow house, with exceptionally large rooms. The location is good, not far from downtown area, and also popular beach area such as Batu Feringghi and Teluk Bahang. Overall it is good value for money, if you are just looking for a no frills and clean hotel for the night.

Very good places to stay. Clean and functional. We had several issues but were quickly solved immediately. Will come again to stay next time back to Penang. I would recommend it to families.
