This is the current condition of the room. booked it based on the reviews and photos we saw. , I would like to highlight a few things regarding the room. First, the room I booked looks quite different from the room I was given. The photos shown during the booking showed an outdoor view and a different room setup, but the actual room I received is quite different from what I saw in the booking photos. Also, the room does not have any soap or shampoo, and it is not as clean as I expected. The cups were also not properly washed. No tea and cofee When I first entered the room, I also noticed a strong smell, something like massage oil or medicated oil.

The location is perfect to see sunrise. The unit is spacious. The setback was to find nearby eatery as the cafe downstairs was closed

After requesting a double bed we got two twins instead. When remarking on this we were told they were full. The hotel seemed very empty, I don’t believe they have any double beds. It seems people are living in the hotel rooms, as there were keypads at every door. The pool was also under maintenance. The restaurant and the beach show was fun but save your money and stay in the center of the city. This is too far from everything and not worth the amenities.

This hotel has seen better days. The pool was out of commission during our stay, which was disappointing, and neither did the beach live up to expectations. There is a lovely cafe for breakfast just opposite and some good eateries within easy walking distance.

Extremely disappointing. The hotel sent a picture of my left-behind items, but when I returned, some items were missing. Then they said the hotel would not be responsible for lost items.

My second time in this hotel and never disappoints. Room is extra large, quiet and comfortable. Hotel is somewhat a 90's time tunnel but still evergreen , well maintained. Onsite car park is not free and quite costly, had to park somewhere nearby and walk towards it. Few eateries located opposite the hotel, more can be found further away but not within short walking distance.

Good hotels to stay with your family. Nice swimming pool and nears the beach where you can see sunset. Recommend

Pros: Spacious room with beautiful ocean view. Hotel is located right next to the beach with swimming pool. Cons: No free parking. Parking fee cost RM30 per day. Hygiene needs to be improved, stains on bedsheets, small cockroaches lurking in the bathroom, water heater is not working, floors are dirty and sticky. Overall, the building is very rundown and could definitely use a renovation.
