Would highly recommend this hotel. It feels like stepping into a mini-castle with beautiful marble floors, delicate looking railings and flowers everywhere. The staff is super kind and helpful and we even extended our stay here an extra night. It’s also conveniently located 1/2 way between George Town & Batu Feringghi Beach which both we frequented several times. Rooms are beautiful and the bed SO comfortable. For newbies to the area looking for good coffee, I’d suggest: FERRINGHI GARDEN at the beach (we’re coffee snobs 🤣 and this place is amazing) Dinner: Rubin Mardini Cafe and Restaurant (incredible authentic Turkish food)

The hotel's hygiene and facilities are excellent! The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was great too. The location is convenient for those traveling by car.

This is my first time staying in this hotel. Location is very convenient and there is a big food court nearby within walking distance. Parking is available but limited. The receptionist lady is very friendly and helpful.

Overall is great, It's have own private parking even restaurant. If the room door lock have security lock inside will be more great. The water heater is centralized, so have to manually adjust accordingly time to time.
