When I stay the hotel, the aircond no so cold and very hot, hope can improve the hotel aircond and must check properly before customer check in, thank you

The location is great, however the room was quite small, comfy but simple set-up not even have chair, just a narrow walkway for moving around. The hotel not even a 'boutique hotel', but the price is on 3-star standard, literally overpriced.

Pro - The room is spacious. Good location, front of hotel have a lots of eatery. Lotus and Econsave are in walking distance. Water dispencer is available (hot&cold) Cons - motorcyclist making a noise and remping their motorbike like no body business. No toiletterries,need to bring your own.

Good location . Nearby got shop lot for convinence shop restaurant easy to get breakfast until supper Room is standard with normal Places is convinence . If got lauggage need using staircase no lift is difficult Neaby have econsave and lottus starbucks diy store

Unfriendly facilties to aged occupants..should prepare ground floor for elderly..no help avaliable to climb up horrifying staircase..

The rate is not worth for it since without window, without hot water boiler and the side table is too small. Bathroom/toilet area is big and compare to bedroom area become very pack, less of movement space. Towel looked like quite old.

Fast check in & check out. Room was clean & bed comfortable. I booked the room with bathtub. Kids enjoyed the bathtub well. Water pressure was good. Hotel location strategy. Can get fast food, convenient store, hypermarket with walking distance. Everything was good.

Hotel staffs watching movie and making call using mobile phone with handfree loudspeaker turned on at lobby even during midnight 2am, and doing the same on 5~6am.

We Not happy for the room and arrangement. We online booked is family room can max. 4 adults (1 double bed and 2 single beds room) and available. When we check in, that day the counter said is not family room and arranged 2 room to us (2 rooms is double bed). Also we get 1 room (203) the door access is not function well.
