Jazz Hotel Penang

Had a pleasant stay at Jazz Hotel Penang! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. I especially liked that the room came with a bathtub — although I was hoping there would be a bath bomb provided too but no bath bomb . My room had a partial sea view, but it was still okay and quite nice. 🌊 The breakfast was definitely one of my favourite parts of the stay! The nasi lemak, soup and tomyam bihun were really good. The fruits were also surprisingly sweet and fresh — really enjoyed them! 🍉🍍 One thing that I think could be improved is the iron provided. Unfortunately, there were some stains on the iron which transferred onto my clothes, and it also wasn’t smooth when ironing. I only used it briefly and decided not to use it again because I was worried about damaging my clothes. Other than that, I had a good and comfortable stay. Would definitely consider coming back again! 😊

Enjoyed my stay at jazz hotel very much. The room is big and clean for the price. Bed is very comfy and let me have a good night sleep. Sound insulation is good too.

Yes... A very good hotel... Wlth a cozy and nice view. My family and me had a great moment here... The pool is very beautiful and mesmerizing

Place is a little far from Georgetown and although on map it’s not that far, it takes roughly 30 minutes to get there. Overall, the rooms were clean despite being a little old. Facilities were present. I had to ask for towels..

Overall, our stay at this hotel was really pleasant and we had a great experience. However, there was one unfortunate incident that left us quite disappointed. About half an hour after checking out, I realised that my baby’s shoes had been accidentally left behind in the hotel room. I immediately called the reception and asked if the cleaner or the relevant department could keep the shoes at the lobby, as I was already making a U-turn and was on my way back to collect them. Unfortunately, I was informed that the cleaner could not find anything in the room. I am 100% certain that the shoes were left there, which made the situation quite disappointing. I understand that mistakes can happen, and perhaps the shoes were misplaced or overlooked during the room cleaning. However, I do hope the hotel could improve its lost-and-found procedure and ensure that guests’ belongings are handled more carefully. Other than this incident, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be good overall. It was just unfortunate that this happened right after check-out.

It's old and dirty; the water bottles seem never to have been washed; the towels are tattered but they still keep using them. The receptionist won't even acknowledge you when you approach. Not recommended; the location is also mediocre.

We had a really good stay at Jazz Hotel Penang. The reservation staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The service was excellent — whenever we needed anything, the staff responded quickly and took care of it. I also really appreciated the free parking. The complimentary water bottles were surprisingly large, which was a nice touch! Our room was very spacious, and the view was amazing. We could see both the sea and the city from our window, especially beautiful in the evening. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Great service, nice room and a beautiful view. Highly recommended!
