We got the hotel late night and friendly staff welcomed us with a welcome drink. Friendly staff specially Irene who helped us a lot during our stay and gifted us with flowers when she knew that we are in a honeymoon. we enjoyed our stay in the resort a lot. amazing location at Mazzaro beach and sunbathing area. quiet, romantic and clean place to stay. We loved the sunrise and sunset every morning.

We just had the most wonderful stay at La Plage. We arrived and were seen immediately and offered a drink whilst we checked in. We were then given a tour of the hotel and some information on the local area. We were shown to our room which was a sea front bungalow with a hot tub. Just gorgeous! We had the most beautiful view of Isola Bella. The next morning we were awake before the birds for an excursion to Etna (for my birthday), before we left someone appeared at the door with a birthday cake and a candle. A really lovely touch. Upon our return the ladies who cleaned the rooms stopped by whilst I enjoyed a glass of wine in the hot tub to say hello and sang me happy birthday too! The service was impeccable from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff are AMAZING and so attentive. The food is delicious. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there. Thank you everyone in La Plage for making our stay so perfect. We can’t wait to come back

Very friendly to Chinese people. Many of the front desk staff had been to China, and one even had Chinese characters tattooed on his body. They very kindly upgraded me to a sea-view villa and even gave me a complimentary coffee to take with me when I checked out. The environment was fantastic. The sound of the waves was very loud, but it didn't disturb my sleep. The breakfast was plentiful. Overall, it's a great hotel. I give it five stars.

Wonderful & romantic location. Friendly and professional staff. Special praise to Miguel and all the catering guys. Nice, efficient and smart. The cleaning ladies and all the staff who manage the sunbeds and the beach area are very kind. Top breakfast & lunch! Congratulations also to Mr. Daniele at reception, very quick in managing problem solving. In the end…we extended our stay.

另花5000每晚升了海景房，能看到對面的貝拉島。景色非常迷人。早餐很好。迪爾歌和另一位女經理服務很專業，很忙。其他服務人員看起來全靠兩個人帶着往前跑。高級房最好不要選擇，太小，沒有窗户。唯一值得選的就是海景房。海灘是鵝*石海灘，有點硌腳，必須要穿沙灘鞋哦！
