We checked into CP hotel in the evening and the process was fast. Soon after we came down to the lobby area and headed to their restaurant. I enjoyed the food so much. The buffet breakfast was fantastic too. Especially the Xiao long Bao and the glutinous rice. So yummy! We were surprised that they packed such a nice takeaway breakfast bag for us as we had to leave the hotel for an early morning flight. It was a very delicious smoked salmon sandwich with drinks. We appreciate such a nice gesture & the airport ride booked by the reception showed they really help make our transfer seamless. No headache booking on our own, all well planned for us. Excellent customer service/ support.

Good service as I asked for extra pillow and it was arranged. The hotel is abit small for 4 people though. But overall is a good hotel. Thank you CP Hotel. Complimentary shuttle will end around 4pm.

Located in a new development area with lack of restaurant around, but convenient store just 100 meters away. Clean and spacious room.

Hotel was not bad, although they do have some weird policies. We arrived late night at 3am and we wanted to sleep in - they offered breakfast boxes to be prepared to the room if you wish; we asked about it but they refused to cater to it. They only said we had to request it 2 nights in advance, which didn’t work for us last minute travellers. Room is good and clean, location is good and they provide free shuttle to the High Speed Rail station - so that’s a plus.

It is a business hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s a 20 mins walk to the outlet malls so I would suggest arranging for the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service. They can pick u up at designated timing as well. Food choices outside the hotel is limited with a steakhouse next door, 2 hotpot options farther down, a burger shop and 1 local breakfast stall right opp the hotel if u didn’t include breakfast. Family mart is also round the corner.

The room was quite clean, and the breakfast was very good. It's also super convenient, being only a 10-minute walk from Taoyuan HSR Station.

My flight was affected by a typhoon, so I decided to stay at a hotel close to the airport. Both the ambiance and the service were excellent. In the ground floor lobby, they offered meal vouchers for snacks, and I received a complimentary burrito which was really delicious. The breakfast the next morning was also very generous and offered a great variety. The gym was small but very clean; although the equipment was limited, it was perfectly adequate for a short stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Sumptuous breakfast. Very helpful staff. Perfect location since it is close to Taoyuan HSR. They clean the room everyday. Will definitely book this hotel again next time.

Very comfortable hotel with free DIY laundry (wash and dry) service at level 2. Feels at home after a long day of travel.

Hotel is clean and the staff are nice and helpful, quality breakfast . Only night time the street is quiet and not much choices of restaurants nearby.

The hotel and room is clean, though a little small for family. Not a big hotel but good enough and have shuttle service to Taoyuan HSR which is also just opposite Gloria Outlet Mall. There’s a Family Mart just down the road, very convenient. It is a chill quiet area. Value for $.

We enjoyed our stay there. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. The room is clean and the breakfast is great. The hotel even prepared breakfast boxes for us when we check out at 6:30am. Definitely will come back again.

I've been to Taiwan many times, but this was my first time staying in Taoyuan. I highly recommend this hotel! The complimentary drinks, tea bags, and coffee in the room were all premium, which was a pleasant surprise. Every item was specially customized by the hotel, giving it a high-end feel. I really felt pampered. The front desk service was also gentle, friendly, and polite. I will definitely stay in Qingpu again next time! Seriously, don't miss the breakfast! I paid extra for it, and it was absolutely worth it! It's a shame the coffee machine was out of order; otherwise, it would have been a perfect 120 out of 100! There's a PX Mart supermarket a 15-minute walk away, where we bought lots of ********* local specialties, which was fun! We also ate at a steakhouse nearby that had a great ambiance, service, and food, and the buffet section had some pleasant surprises too. Overall, a wonderful experience!
