Second visit to this hotel. The room is spacious, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area with a large tub, perfect for a relaxing soak. They also have outdoor hot spring pools, a swimming pool, and spa facilities. After a dip in the springs, a stroll along the forest trail is incredibly refreshing. The only downside is that all the Western restaurants here are closed. There's only a cat cafe and a Chinese restaurant that requires reservations, leaving very limited dining options.

The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, providing clear explanations. The room was comfortable, clean, and bright.

Great resort hotel with a private hot spring in the room! Definitely need a car (or Uber) to move around though. But once you’re there, everything goes great.

The hotel provided a hot spring bath in the room. Also, there is a public swimming pool and 4 pots of hot & cold spring bath for choice. We enjoyed the relaxing stay at this hotel, although the room was old-fashioned.

Previously known as EHSEN Spa Villa, this place offers a convenient shuttle service to the rooms. It's an excellent spot for indoor hot spring bathing and also features indoor spa pools. Overall, it provides great value for money.

Conveniently located. Features an indoor pool and free hot springs. After checking in at reception, guests are transported to their rooms across the road by golf cart.

While the facilities are a bit dated compared to ten years ago, the service remains outstanding. This time, I had the opportunity to use facilities like the pool and spa, and didn't check out until 10:30. The staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the chef's cooking was superb.

The stay is good the hot springs are really relaxing but the room and forest trails are a bit old and not maintained properly.

The hotel's ambiance and facilities are decent. However, its location is quite secluded; there are absolutely no dining options or convenience stores in the vicinity, and it's at least a 30-minute drive to the city center. Although there are restaurants on-site, none of them were open when I checked in at 5 PM on a Thursday. Therefore, if you're planning to stay here, I'd advise either eating before you arrive or ensuring you have your own transportation.

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and helpful. The Golden Spa boasts excellent and diverse facilities, making it a perfect spot for families to let their children burn off some energy. While the room felt a bit dated, it was impeccably clean and incredibly spacious, even featuring two separate toilets, thoughtfully dividing the bedroom and living areas. The only minor downside was the breakfast; it would have been perfect with a wider selection of items.
