The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. The service is attentive and satisfactory, and the staff's attitude is commendable. It's close to Taoyuan International Airport, and the hotel offers a free airport shuttle bus, making it a reliable choice for business travelers and families alike.

Staying overnight in Taipei for a layover, the hotel doesn't offer pick-up service, only drop-off. It cost me over 300 NTD to take a taxi to the hotel at night. The hotel is relatively new, and the room was clean, but also very basic. They don't provide free toothbrushes, and there's no restaurant, so you have to order food delivery yourself. The morning shuttle service starts at 4:50 AM, which was very convenient. Overall, it's an acceptable hotel for a layover.

The Holiday Inn, located 150 meters from the Sheraton, opened last year and is much newer than the Sheraton. Both hotels are in a rather inconvenient location, with only two convenience stores (a Seven and a Family Mart) nearby. There are no decent restaurants, large supermarkets, or shopping centers – it's practically in the middle of nowhere with no amenities! The air conditioning in my room only blew cold air. Even with the outdoor temperature being low, the display showed 17-18°C, and I woke up feeling cold every night. The breakfast buffet, however, was excellent. It offered a wide variety of delicious food and was the only redeeming quality of my three-day, two-night stay. They offer airport shuttle services daily, but you need to book a day in advance (same-day bookings are rejected).
