Although the AC didn't hit 17 degrees as set, the room stayed comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect, made even better by the convenient return transport arrangements provided.

Walking distance from Taoyuan HSR station. Nearby got McDonald. The best is self laundry service, with dryer.

The hotel is clean, offers 24-hour check-in service, and is very convenient. Airport shuttle service is also available.

Room was clean and check-in was straightforward. However, the location isn’t very convenient if you need quick access to a convenience shop, and the bed wasn’t comfortable for me. Fine for a short stay, but I’ll look for another option for my next transit in Taiwan.

Rooms are on the squeezy side without an attached bathroom. The shared toilets are very clean though, as is the hotel as a whole. It is the closest hotel you can find to Taoyuan HSR and within walking distance, but if you have large wheeled luggage it's still better to call an Uber because the tiled pavements are just rough on the luggage wheels. Good for an overnight stay to catch next morning's hispeed train.

Typical hostel. The bathroom is very clean. The bed room is clean but there’s no window. I sometimes smell bathroom smell (this is strange because my room is not next to the bathroom). I forgot to feedback to the staff. Super supportive staff. Great with free airport drop off.

Simply and very near to HSR. Surprisingly extremely clean. They provide simple bread, tea and coffee as breakfast. McD is just somewhere in the middle between this hotel to HSR/MRT. Despite I did not use this, I know they provide transport support to the airport. Overall, it is good for transit and a simple place to cleanup and rest.

Best Location very close to HSR Taoyuan 800 meter , and Gloria outlet, I definitely will stay here again! clean and comfortable even sharing bathroom. Convinent and Comfortable stay! Can buy amenities only about 10 ntw.

A really good hotel for a short transit stay! Clean room and clean shared toilets is a PLUS point. Hotel is near to gloria outlet and macdonalds.

The location is quite a distance from Taoyuan HSR Station, about 850m walk. Nothing much nearby, just a Mc Donalds for grabbing a meal. The soundproofing is not so good. Should have taken the free ear plugs at the lobby. The shared bathroom is clean but there were some issues with locking the door. But the good thing is they provide some snacks (bread, tea and coffee) from 11pm onwards. Another plus point is they provide free airport drop-off at every 30 mins interval, applicable daily except Fri and Sat. You can request for it during check-in.
