The boss said that when the weather is good, you can look down at Shimen Reservoir from above. The hostel area is not small. The flowers and trees planted deliberately are like being in a garden. Because there are few rooms, it is not crowded and noisy, and will consider choosing again."

"Although it is a little far from the MRT station, the hotel has a car dealership for us to call a car, so that we feel very convenient for flying very early, and the service is very good. In the middle of the night, I am not afraid of being hungry. There is instant noodles downstairs, or other small snacks to eat. The only small suggestion is that you can put a foot pad outside the bathroom!"

"The accommodation is convenient and there are many places to eat. The room is clean and bright. Suitable for business travelers and friends traveling. The breakfast meal is unique, but it is also filling. The biggest drawback is that there is no gym. The CP value is higher than that of hotels in the same price range. "We booked a double queen room for our family of four. It was spacious, featuring a bay window seating area complete with a small round table and a lounge chair. The bathroom was also generously sized, with a large mirror and ample counter space. Its layout was well-designed for practical use, it was well-ventilated, and the hot/cold water pressure was stable. It even had a bathtub. The bedding was good, though each person only had one pillow, which was a little too soft and flat. The hotel's buffet breakfast was very much to my liking, with a good variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The night market is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk away, but travelers planning to visit should definitely check its operating days."

"My husband and I stayed at Taoyuan City Suites and overall, we had a great experience. Since I had almost 30kg of baggage, we decided to take a taxi from Taoyuan Airport Terminal 1 instead of taking the train. The ride was quick and convenient, costing only NT$180, which was worth it considering the heavy luggage. Check-in was smooth and fast. However, I think it would be even better if the reception staff could be a little warmer and more welcoming with smiles to make guests feel more comfortable. That said, they communicate well in English, which made the whole process hassle-free. For dining, since there aren’t many food options around the area, my husband and I decided to avail of their buffet dinner, which runs from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The food was delicious and definitely worth it! Special thanks to the Filipina staff who assisted us — she was very accommodating and always smiling. We really appreciate how smart and attentive she was. At first, she spoke to us professionally in English, matching the language we used, but she quickly sensed we were Filipinos and made us feel very welcome. Ate, if you’re reading this — thank you so much, and we hope to see you again when we come back! The hotel accepts credit card payments for accommodations, but if you book a taxi through them, you’ll need to pay the driver in cash (NT$200). It’s convenient since they also help arrange transportation for guests. Since the hotel is only about 10 minutes away from the airport, you can expect to hear some airplane noise. However, during our stay, my husband and I didn’t have any trouble sleeping and weren’t disturbed by the sound at all. Overall, we had a comfortable and satisfying stay at Taoyuan City Suites. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers with early flights since it’s close to Taoyuan Airport. We’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing, and accessible place near the airport."

"My flight was affected by a typhoon, so I decided to stay at a hotel close to the airport. Both the ambiance and the service were excellent. In the ground floor lobby, they offered meal vouchers for snacks, and I received a complimentary burrito which was really delicious. The breakfast the next morning was also very generous and offered a great variety. The gym was small but very clean; although the equipment was limited, it was perfectly adequate for a short stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit."

"The exterior is unassuming. You must keep a lookout for the signboard when in the vicinity. However, once you reach the check-in counter at level 6, it feels like you've been teleported to a different world. It's clean and modern. The electrical plugs are international. So, no adapters required on our end. I will come back again because it is within 5 min walking distance to Taoyuan train station. The HSR station."
