"It is my second stay here and the location is far away from city center but i like it. The breakfast is worth the price, the reception is the weak point of the hotel but in general the staff is very friendly and helpful."

"We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment."

Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa ★★★★★

📍 Pennyhill Park, London Rd, Bagshot

"We recently stayed at Pennyhill Park and unfortunately our experience was very mixed. There were definitely some positives. The food was lovely throughout our stay, and the cocktails were very nice, although they are quite expensive. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely terrace, which we really enjoyed. The spa treatment was also very good, and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. However, the negatives unfortunately outweighed the positives. Our room wasn't ready until after 3pm, despite the advertised check-in time, which meant we had to wait longer than expected. We also found several members of staff to be rude and unhelpful during our stay. The biggest issue was a major billing error, which took over an hour to resolve. Throughout the process, we felt as though we were not believed, despite the mistake not being ours. The manager's attitude was also disappointing and came across as dismissive and rude, making an already frustrating situation even worse. After returning home, we contacted management to raise our concerns, hoping they would take our feedback seriously. Instead, we received a response that we felt was both rude and inaccurate, with several aspects of what had happened being misrepresented rather than addressed. It's a real shame because the hotel itself has so much to offer, but customer service is a huge part of any luxury experience. Based on how we were treated both during and after our stay, we will not be returning and cannot recommend Pennyhill Park to others. We would encourage anyone considering a stay to be aware of our experience."

Premier Inn Maidenhead Town Centre ★★★
"The quality of sleep I got here was exceptional — it completely melted away all the exhaustion from my busy training days. This is the perfect place to unwind and recharge after a long day. One thing I really appreciated was the hospitality in the lobby — nearly every time I was waiting, the staff would kindly offer me complimentary drinks and coffee. It's a small gesture that makes a big difference and really shows they care about their guests' comfort. The service was excellent and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The only thing I'd say is that I didn't get the chance to try the breakfast or dinner buffet, so perhaps better promotion or flexible meal packages for busy guests could encourage more people to experience the full offering. But overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommended!"

"Place has been refurbished to a higher standard bathroom and room outlook. The bathroom was very clean, bedding also very clean ironing crises on linen. Downside could hear every flash of the toilet and talking. Also my room was on a top flight of the stairs by the time l got to my room l was breathless. I did mention to reception that l had been unwell so could’ve done with a lift. Others may differ in opinion. Overall 8/10 Ample parking which is really lovely. Will stay again.❤️"

B&B Hotel London Heathrow ★★★
"This hotel is conveniently located near a public bus stop, with direct service to Heathrow Airport. Its proximity to the airport makes it ideal for travelers who have just arrived or are preparing to depart. The front desk staff and cleaners are very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions patiently and enthusiastically. The room size is moderate, and the overall cleanliness is good. Room for improvement: The heating was a bit inconsistent."

"The grounds are lovely, and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. The only downside I can point out is that I’ve stayed here a few times, and it’s usually more expensive than other comparable Doubletrees."

Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa ★★★★★
"Very disappointed with our stay at Pennyhill Park. I’ll start with what’s good: the staff and the outdoor pool. The room was a good size but no fridge (so nowhere to keep the water cold) and the shower door didn’t close so it was a swamp in there every time it was used. Called the desk and someone came round whose solution seems to have started and ended with tilting the shower head towards the wall. When I was asked on leaving how the stay was, I mentioned the flooding and there was surprise: did someone come the lady at the desk asked? “Yes” I replied “but it didn’t fix it”. That was that, frown and no answer. The bar and restaurant were soulless with no atmosphere and hugely overpriced. £37 for a tiny bit of cod with half a piece of sliced courgette (yes you read that correctly it was half a single slice of courgette) plus a single baby new potato cut it half. I laughed at is was funny if it wasn’t so sad. We ordered more bread. Again, the staff were great but what a waste of a great space. Nowhere to have a drink outside in the glorious weather, so we were in the soulless lounge area with the lights turned onto full brightness. No music. There’s a stunning old patio to the rear of the hotel which is beautiful with a huge terrace but it was empty with stacked up chairs and dirty plates on the tables, really bizarre. All in all for a luxury hotel it was very disappointing. The hotel offered to have the service charge removed from our food (why? It’s not the staffs fault) and an early check in to the spa when we come back again, which we won’t be doing. Back to Beaverbook again next time."
