the view is nice and the food is amazing. the staff is super kind

The room we stayed in this time was newly renovated. There is a semi-outdoor private bath in the 6F room. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and some Nordic furniture and lamps are used. The texture is good and the view is very good.

The environment of Kani Goten Hotel is very good. The rooms have sea-facing hot springs. The crab feast prepared by the hotel and the Takezaki crab are particularly delicious. My wife said that she spent two pleasant days there. At the same time, she also expressed her special thanks to Tsuru, Naho and the entire service team for their thoughtful and considerate service.

We emailed the hotel to let us know we would take a limousine taxi. The store responded promptly, told us the pick-up time, and asked about our travel purpose and plan, and the breakfast and dinner time. We knew we wanted to go to the Torii in the Sea. When we were sent to Tara Station on the day of check-out, we took a detour. The hotel driver also took the initiative to help take pictures, which was very nice. The hotel environment is good, whether it is the lobby or the room, it is very atmospheric. We arrived at the hotel early, before the check-in time of 3 o'clock. We had a welcome snack and went around. There is a convenience store within 100 meters on the left side of the hotel, but there are few things. Going down the small road next to the hotel, there is no scenery on the coast, and the sea cockroaches densely packed on the seaside wall make people shiver. The dinner of one night and two meals booked on Ctrip is the most basic set meal. There is no beef, only seafood, but the quantity is sufficient and it is very full. The store will also take pictures for guests, and will put the photos and breakfast together for you to arrive the next day. There are free drinks and coffee in the hotel lobby, and the taste is ordinary. The room was spacious, with dead mosquitoes on the window glass, probably the work of the previous guest and ignored by the hotel cleaner.

The facilities are luxurious and the surrounding natural scenery is beautiful. There are two public open-air hot springs in the hotel, and the Western-style rooms also come with small open-air hot springs. One night and two meals are rich, and you can also eat swimming crabs in mid-June. There are no single rooms, and a room for one person is also a double room. Of course, two sets of meals are provided, and you can eat as much as you want.

stayed one night there during our vacation in Saga and the experience was very satisfactory. reservation on official website was clear and smooth. every enquiry email was replied promptly and all the requirements from meal to transportation were tendered carefully. room was nice and clean with wonder view dinner and breakfast gorgeous both private and public hot spring were nice comfortable special thanks to Ms. Leia, who delivered the wonderful meal and photo! and the hand written notes are so sweet! thank you so much for your kindness. and many thanks to the handsome boy who provide the pick up service ( he could speak fluent Chinese, really a big surprise), and the driver who sent us all the way to the floating Torii and Tara station. thank you so much for all the kind arrangements!

loved our star suite 303 and had a wonderful night at kanigoten. crab dinner was exceptional, delighted with the size and taste of the upgraded crabs, were happily stuffed at the end of the meal. staff and service were outstanding, and other facilities were beyond expectation.

We visited to celebrate a family birthday. It's about an hour and 15 minutes by car from Saga City. It's a great driving route, following the Ariake Sea coastline. Located on the border between Saga and Nagasaki prefectures, the road is lined with oyster huts and crab restaurants! Upon arriving at the hotel, we checked in at the lobby lounge. We were served loquat tea and pudding! There was even a live crab in the lobby, which heightened our expectations. While the building isn't new, the rooms have been renovated and are beautiful. There's plenty of modern art, creating a lovely atmosphere. The room has a variety of lighting options, and the dimming is convenient. The wide windows offer a spectacular view of Mount Unzen-Fugen. The ocean below was also beautiful. Our room, room 603, featured a twin bed, a semi-open-air bath, a shower room, and a U-shaped sofa large enough for four people. The refrigerator was like something you'd find in an old-fashioned inn—it couldn't even fit a 500ml bottle upright. Don't expect great coffee or tea in the room. Instead, there's a lounge with coffee and detox water, which is convenient. The balcony leading out from the lounge also looks spectacular. That said, crab dishes are the main attraction here. For dinner, we chose the crab and Saga beef course. There were four crabs for four people: two males and two females. One crab seemed to have a low female egg count, so we got an extra female. The staff first cut the crab into bite-sized pieces, and then we ate it ourselves! Since 2024 was warm until early December, the crab and oysters had yet to mature. However, the crab was delicious. Personally, the sashimi and carpaccio were excellent! The chefs prepared the crabs at the open counter, so they were very fresh. The sauna and bath on the seventh floor were a bit disappointing. The semi-open-air bath in the room was excellent. Ariake no Yu on the first floor was a little small, but it was a wonderful sauna where you could enjoy the Ariake Sea. The room rate was a little high because it was the end of the year, but I think it's the best hotel to enjoy Takezaki crab. I would like to return if I have the opportunity.
